I recently had my car detailed at FAW Customs and wanted to share my experience. I opted for several services, including PPF on the essential areas, a full ceramic coating, and repairs for some minor curb damage on my wheels. I also had the calipers painted red and the logo de-chromed and finished in black.

While the service was an investment, both the experience and the results were incredible. I plan to return at least every six months for maintenance and detailing. I am very impressed with the quality of work and highly recommend their services.

I very rarely leave reviews, but I found FAW Customs based on online reviews, and so it's only fair to share my own hugely positive experience.

It was excellent, professional and friendly service from Peter and the team for full PPF on a brand new car from start to finish. Honest advice on all options provided upfront, plenty of patience to answer (many!) questions before making a decision, and fair pricing. They clearly take enormous pride in their work, which was flawless. There was zero sense of them trying to rush it out the door for the next job. It took an extra few days as they weren't 100% happy with part of it, and that was absolutely fine by me! They have also been responsive and hugely helpful with a couple of follow up questions on aftercare. Would highly recommend for anyone who is looking at this type of paint protection work.

Lead time for an appointment to apply ceramic coating is about ten days, quoted prices are pre-VAT but quality of work is remarkable. Five stars is well deserved

Split rim alloys beautifully refurbished, paint detailing including ceramic coating spot on, interior and leather as new. The highest standard of professionalism from a bunch of straight talking, hard working, professionals. My son chose them for my Father's tribute Jaguar XJR. I was delighted with what I was presented with. Anyone reading this and going with these guys will definitely not be disappointed. Just ask for Peter.

Peter and the team took excellent care of my car as if it were their own. I dropped off my brand new car directly from collecting it to FAW Customs to have PPF, Ceramic Coating and Windscreen film applied. They also offered to fit the mud flaps and locking wheel nuts while they had the car.
They did an excellent job, and really looked after the car, also provided advice throughout the process.
Dropped off the car on Monday afternoon and picked it on Friday. The car looked better than it did when I collected it.
They will also be doing a maintenance wash after about a week and check the installs.
I cannot recommend these guys more highly. Look no further if you're in North London - they're the best at what they do and they only use the highest quality products.

Had the gold paint protection film and gold ceramic coating packages. Looks awesome very friendly and helpful staff.

Polite, professional and courteous at every stage of the process. More importantly I couldn't be more impressed with the finished product. My wheels look brand new!

Couldn‘t wish for a better service. Needed limescale removal from the paint on the roof of my car. Called them and provided description of what needed to be done via email and was sent a quotation. I was given an appointment pretty quickly. Went there and had the job done while waiting. Great work and cannot be faulted at all. Was allowed time to inspect and they even agreed to bill the insurance directly and wait for the payment (I followed up and made sure they received their payment). I was happy with all the conversations I had with everyone. Courteous on the phone and very polite and friendly on site. I recommend them and will use them again if needed in the future without any hesitation. Thank you again for the fantastic service. keep it up!

I have been using FAW for my wheel refurbishments for years and thought I’d check out their ‘custom’ shop where they do paint correction along with loads of other things.

Peter and his team did spectacular work and the paint is now perfect on my car and ceramic coated so protected.

These guys don’t cut corners and you will always be happy with the results. I finally found someone as obsessive as me over quality of finish.

Amazing company won't go anywhere else to get my wheels done also recently had my car ceramic-coated and now it looks brand-new what a transformation love these guys.

Used this company, quite impressed of the work attitude, needed only one wheel refurbishment, got it done in the same day. They also inspected the rest of them, wheel nuts and air pressure was adjust to manufacturers guidelines, they really took care of my wheels as much as it was possible. Defenetely coming back and recommend to friends.

Took my car here to have much needed TLC on my 2015 Ford Focus ST they did 2 stage polish and ceramic coating Looked better than when I picked the car up from Ford amazing job great service from a friendly group of guys very impressed could not fault them give them ago !!!!
