I can confirm what Alberto Emiliani…

I can confirm what Alberto Emiliani posted. Feedaty holds negative reviews back, even if you have proof of the companies flaws. Additionally, it seems as if they do not care if you have never been contacted for what they call "mediation".

we read your review and were only able to identify your address by guessing from your username that you had left a review for Sportmania. We’re sorry that you chose not to share your information with us to facilitate contact, or that you didn’t reach out to us for clarification before leaving your feedback.
We checked and saw that you wrote a comment for the Sportmania shop on July 29. As clearly specified in several parts of our website (you can read here: https://www.feedaty.com/pagina-consumatori/ and here: https://www.feedaty.com/faq-consumatori/), and also on the page where reviews are submitted, the publication times for reviews collected through Feedaty vary depending on whether the review is positive or negative.
Positive reviews are usually published within two business days after submission, depending on the moderation team's workload.
Negative reviews, however, are first sent to the shop, which has seven days to respond before publication—this is called the “mediation period.” During this time, the review is not publicly visible, and once the seven days pass, the review is then reviewed and published.
Your comment, submitted on July 29, completed its mediation period on August 5 and was sent to the moderation team on August 6. It was then reviewed and published on August 7. The fact that your feedback appeared after your Trustpilot review is purely coincidental. The timeline followed was simply the standard procedure of the platform, but we regret that this coincidence may have caused confusion.
We would also like to mention that you could have contacted us at any time. We have a dedicated chat on our website through which you could have easily reached our moderation team directly to ask for updates on your comment. We are always available to provide clarification.

Frenano e di fatto scoraggiano le recensioni negative / They curb negative reviews

[English below] Feedaty si presenta come sito di recensioni indipendenti da parte dei consumatori. Però le recensioni negative vengono sistematicamente frenate, al minimo ritardate nella pubblicazione. Ho scritto da poco una recensione negativa per un apparecchio chiamato Mosquitomagnet perché ha catturato una (1) zanzara in una settimana in un'area pesantemente infestata. Feedaty mi scrive informandomi cortesemente del fatto che la mia recensione verrà letta e (forse) pubblicata dopo una settimana, quando l'azienda l'avrà valutata e avrà potuto rispondere. E' normale che un'azienda risponda alla recensione negativa e cerchi anche di risolvere il problema, ma nei siti seri questo accade dopo la pubblicazione della recensione; dopo avere negoziato una soluzione con l'azienda, se l'utente vuole, cambia la sua recensione. Che una recensione negativa venga trattenuta e di fatto scoraggiata, condizionandola alla valutazione dell'azienda e a una successiva revisione, è un modo palese di accrescere il peso delle recensioni positive, distorcendo la opinione media degli utenti. Non è un caso che molte aziende abbiano una valutazione più alta su feedaty che su Trustpilot. In conclusione ho deciso di seguire in futuro questa regola: se un'azienda esibisce nel suo sito una valutazione alta su Feedaty, me ne vado a cercare un'altra, magari dopo una verifica su Trustpilot — che è serio.
AGGIORNAMENTO:
Feedaty risponde con una lunghissima mail, dove spiegano che non possono accettare la mia recensione perché è sul prodotto, non sulla azienda nel suo complesso. Ma certo. Peccato che le recensioni a cinque stelle pubblicate siano quasi tutte sul prodotto, e che ci siano anche recensioni come "Spedizione velocissima.", "soddisfazione sul prodotto acquistato, ditta molto seria." e via dicendo. La loro risposta è una conferma, in peggio, della mia valutazione.

Feedaty touts itself as an independent consumer review site. However, negative reviews are systematically held back, or at least delayed in publication. I recently wrote a negative review for a device called Mosquito Magnet because it caught one (1) mosquito in a week in a heavily infested area. Feedaty kindly informed me that my review would be read and (perhaps) published in a week, after the company evaluated it and was able to respond. A company usually responds to negative reviews and may try to resolve the problem, but on serious sites this happens after the review has been published. If a solution is found, the user can change their review. Instead, Feedaty holds back a review and effectively hinders it, because the company has to review and evaluate it prior to publication. This obviously boosts the weight of positive reviews and warps the average opinion of the users. It is no coincidence that many companies have a higher rating on feedaty than on Trustpilot. I'll follow this rule of thumb from now on: if a company displays a high rating on Feedaty on its website, I'll dismiss it and look for another one, perhaps after a supplementary check on Trustpilot — which is in fact a serious site.
UPDATE: Feedaty responds with a very long email, where they explain that they cannot accept my review because it is about the product, not about the company as a whole. Of course. Too bad that the five-star reviews published are mainly about the product, and that there are also reviews like "Very fast shipping.", "Satisfied with the product purchased, very serious company." and so on. Their response is a confirmation, for the worse, of my assessment.

Non fanno lasciare recensioni negative. Cannot leave negative reviews

(Per lingua Italiana leggi sotto) As other people said , it's a scam. They protect the companies that pay for being mentioned on their website, and they do not publish your negative reviews.
When I tried to publish a negative review about "Profumeria Web" , at first they told me that I had to wait 15 days after purchase and that they would send me in automatic their paperwork to review them. They did not, so I contacted them and they still have not replied, and has been a month after the purchase. I will update this review if something changes.
Come altre persone hanno commentato, proteggono le compagnie che pagano per avere il loro nome inserito nel sito web, e non fanno lasciare recensioni negative. In questo caso si tratta della " Profumeria Web" che mi ha venduto un profumo "annacquato" . Riservo di modificare questa recensione in caso di sviluppi.

Beware of Feedaty – It’s a Scam!

Feedaty selectively displays reviews, filtering out negative feedback to protect certain companies, like Compass DHM Projects in my experience. This practice creates a misleading impression, hiding honest customer perspectives and enabling questionable businesses. I would strongly advise against trusting companies that rely on Feedaty reviews, as the platform seems more like a marketing tool than a source for genuine, unbiased feedback.

After posting this review on Trustpilot, Feedaty initially published my feedback on their platform. However, shortly after, my review was removed without any explanation. This action further validates my concerns about Feedaty's lack of transparency and selective moderation. By removing genuine customer feedback, Feedaty continues to undermine the integrity of their platform, reinforcing the impression that it serves more as a marketing tool for certain companies rather than a true source of unbiased consumer insights. This experience only solidifies my advice: be cautious about relying on reviews from Feedaty.

I will also put the case details here, because I suspect that Feedaty so everyone can observe case clearly.

PayPal Case: The case was ruled in the seller's favor only because I sought compensation not just for the return, but for damages due to the product’s poor quality and my time spent testing and repacking. This decision does not negate the issues I raised.

Evidence Provided: I shared all relevant details with the seller, including two video reviews demonstrating the subpar quality of the product. The issues were not subjective; they were clearly observable flaws.

Misleading Claims on Product Quality: The seller’s page states, “We have revisited the dimensions and tolerances of the holes and slots for a sturdier installation,” and “We preferred an increased threading.” However, both claims are misleading. The actual change in dimensions appears to be due to the seller's lack of precision in machining M3 threads, evidenced by visibly flawed chamfered holes and poor overall machining quality.

Independent Review Request: When the seller requested to review the item themselves, I instead proposed an independent third-party inspection. Given the quality issues I observed, I do not trust the seller to assess the item objectively.

after the first time you contacted us, we verified that your review was indeed still waiting to be published after the 7-day mediation period provided for negative reviews. Review moderation is manual and our dedicated team takes care of it every day compatibly with the general workload, therefore, a simple delay occurred.
The store later contacted us providing some explanations that were reasonable at the time but, apart from this which was not decisive, we then decided to take your review offline because it did not explain the real reasons for your dissatisfaction with the store. Unfortunately, you used unclear language that suggested something bad but did not explain it.

To make the review more useful and detailed, we suggested you to modify it by adding details that could explain your dissatisfaction. We also suggested you to send it to us for brevity so that we could modify it for you.
So you sent us an explanatory text and you wrote to us verbatim "I hope Feedaty will publish my review to provide potential customers with a clear and accurate account of my experience with both the product and the seller."
We proceeded to make the changes according to your instructions and then we were accused of manipulating your review without your supervision, which we can certainly say did not happen.

To avoid misunderstandings, we later sent you a link to make your changes independently and subsequently your review was regularly published.

We are sorry for your discontent and in particular for what you wanted to publicly suggest about the way Feedaty operates.

Don´t trust Feedaty !!
The reviews are not showed independently, negative comments are filtered out by their own rules to protect their sponsoring companies (in my case Climando.it). The whole game is only a distorting marketing instrument. At least you shouldn't buy at a company which shows the Feedaty comments.
