We used Feedoptimise while setting up and testing different product feed integrations, and the experience has been very positive.

The platform is powerful, reliable and well designed for managing product feeds across different channels. Everything worked smoothly and the support team was always quick to respond and very helpful whenever we had questions.

Communication was clear, professional and efficient throughout the process.

Overall a great experience and a platform we would definitely consider using again in the future.

Reactive to all enquiries and updates. No job too big or too small, and the response from sending an email to getting an awnser is rapid. Have worked with Feedoptimise for the last 5 years and service levels have never dropped.

Have worked in ecommerce for over a decade and have rarely met anyone as good at their craft as Marcin & the FO team.

Platform has noticeably improved ad efficiency and the team are on call with technical help.

Feedoptimise are like... magic!

Have worked with Feedoptimise for over 5 years now and it's been incredibly vital for our business! We have quite a bespoke product setup, with multiple rules, metafields and logic that needed to be built in over time.

Marcin, Adrian, Michal and the team have been absolutely excellent - quick to build out custom requests and respond to any of our queries. Excellent customer service!

The tool comes with a lot of value, being able to integrate with Shopify for both product and order export, plus also allows us to do a manual sync where needed.

Highly recommend Feedoptimise for custom feeds and data extracts/imports - great price/value and the team are knowledgeable and fast!
