This was really disappointing because I thought I was going through the official Louvre website but this group is not official. The tickets were legit/fine but more expensive than just going through the Louvre website. The audio tour was not good and the main reason for my bad review - it was limited, hard to navigate and impossible for me to share with my kids because they don’t have phones and it was not clear from the website that the audio tour was not the official audio tour, which comes with headsets and earphones, but some alternative that required a phone to play and wasn’t very good. When I tried to hire the official Louvre audio tour headsets instead they were sold out, which honestly kind of ruined the trip for my kids.

They are nothing short of thieves. Excessively overcharging for no added value. Sold me a 4.30 entrance ticket when it closed at 6. Masquerading as the Lourve to rip people off.

Beyond horrible
Beyond horrible. Sold me a ticket and they canceled it immediately due to it not being an available option. The site said I would be charged if I canceled within 24 hours, and gave me the option to reschedule so I did with the intention of canceling and not to be charged and now they refuse to refund me. Amex will refund me of course but they have been rude and sneaky and deplorable over all. Dont do it.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company, Feel the City Tours is a third party company selling massively over priced tickets. I purchased two combination tickets for Pompeii and Herculaneum with audio, total charge 190€. I didn’t realise until I received my tickets that I had been conned. The face value for the Pompeii tickets were 20€ each and the Herculaneum tickets were 16€ each, total 72€. This company charged me an additional 118€ for an automated admin process and audio guide. Whilst I would expect to pay a reasonable fee for admin and audio this price mark-up was outrageous. In addition to this the audio was cumbersome and difficult to use.
Avoid this company.

Angela was amazing….the walk from the museum's to the meeting place and back to the basilica was not great… dome tour to the top is very difficult not for everyone

The tour guide did not show up
The tour guide did not show up. There were 6 people from different places in the world waiting, very disappointed. 50 euros each down the drain! We heard after from others that this was not the first time this has happened with this company. No notification or reason given to us. Disgraceful.
