Scam/rip off -no value add-don’t be fooled
This is a scam-only provided with Tower of London tickets and audio tour never worked. Was never able to download. Total rip off. Basically cost double the regular admission with no value add. The Tower already has a free tour and audio tour on site. I want my money back!

A really bad experience
A really bad experience. I do not recommend using this agency. They don’t have a good customer support on the day of the event. They provide a phone number and a what up number that they never picked up or answered.
My family and I missed the meeting point so we try to communicate with the agency, they replay to my email 6 hrs after the event. We also sent a whats up voice recorded message, no answer. We were so dissatisfied and disappointed, if you are willing to lose your money, this is the company. I also recieved an email the day before saying that my tickets were ready when I clicked on the button , a message appeared saying that they have trouble downloading and I will get my tickets at the meting point. It was frustrating and stressful.

Disgusting business practices, total scam, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Like everyone else leaving a review, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Feel The City Tours. Their website is purposefully misleading to make someone who would never have assumed they are price gouging (or worse) that its the legitimate price for tickets (in our case, the Prado in Madrid). They even popped up as the first option when I Googled "tickets for the Prado". Right after buying the tickets for what felt like a pretty high price, but hey, its the Prado, I don't know, never been there, I googled if there were multi-museum passes available and saw that the price for a 3-museum pass that included the Prado was just about what I'd paid for just the Prado through Feel The City. Suspected something was amiss, I did a little more digging, found the actual Prado museum website, and saw that tickets were half what they charged me. So I emailed them to ask if I'd mistakenly selected a private guided tour or something and they responded that it was just the regular admission with the self-guided audio. I followed up with a request to cancel and got their stock response designed to intimidate anyone who questions them (and which others have written about here) saying they made it very clear that it is non-refundable and everything was very up-front and disclosed. They might as well just say, "Yep, we screwed you. Hahaha. Nothing you can do about it now." Clearly they are relying on people thinking their website is official (which it looks like it is) and not knowing what it would cost by going right to the source. Very concerned my over-priced tickets are even legit and will be honored by the Prado. I've opened a fraud case with American Express and will try to get my money back. I also told AMEX they should sever whatever permission the company has to use AMEX as a billing method. Curious to see how Feel The City responds to my review now that I've pre-empted their usual excuses. If you don't believe me after they respond, just Google them and you'll read horror story after horror story.

The guide was very knowledgeable and it was easy to book. However I wish I would have know that you don't need to book St. Peterburg baslica as once you purchase the vatican and sistine chapel you can get in for free so I lost $175 because I saw all 3 in the same day and didn't want to go back the next day for the full tour and wait again and pay a taxi to get there.

Miguel our tour guide who is working on his PhD, which I believe encompassed art history/museology, was fun and very knowledgable providing interesting facts which one could not acquire by just visiting the Prado with no tutorial support.

This is a scam! You don’t need a ticket for the Papal Audience or the Basilica. Our tour guide ran ahead of the group and didn’t care if everyone could keep up or see her. Just show up early and get in line- you’ll save yourself a lot of money.
