Order never delivered and no response to any of the emails or phone calls made. Having to pursue a refund through PayPal. Don't order from them, they clearly have issues fulfilling orders

Ordered socks for a half marathon at the weekend and paid extra for 1st class delivery.

Socks did not arrive so mailed to say cancel order.

No response to email so called 0800 number. Went to Vodaphone voice mail.

Left a message but got no reply.

Awful customer service. Clearly taking orders for unstocked products.

Now chasing refund via paypal as no response at all from Feetus.

If this review saves one person the hassle this company has caused me then it's done its job!

Our order never arrived and Feetus did not reply to any of the 3 emails we sent them. We paid for international tracking but were not given any tracking information. Terrible customer service.

I've ordered 4 pairs of Five Fingers and many pairs of socks from Feetus over the last 4 years or so and never had any issues. In fact, their customer service has always been spot on. I even commented on a Facebook post advertising a new range that didn't have my size in stock. They contacted me directly when it became available. Don't get much better than that!

As a sole trader, myself, I know the challenges of running a business with one pair of hands and it's sad to see so many people leaving negative reviews because Royal Mail didn't deliver. No one thinks about the person running the business. We all have other stuff going on, so why so quick to leave a one star review and potentially destroy someone's livelihood?

I think Feetus are a great company to buy from and will be back for my next pairs of Five Fingers to support another independent business.

Awful company...please don't use....ordered two pairs of socks...only received one pair...other pair never sent...have left numerous emails/voicemails but never received a reply.

I have been buying Injinji socks from Feetus for the last couple of years, and recently decided to take the plunge and try a pair of vibram fivefingers. I spoke to Shaun over the phone regarding what I should go for, and he was very helpful in making sure I got the right pair!

So far so good with the vibrams, even if they do take a bit of getting used too!

Absolutely disgusted with feetus. I should have read the reviews on here ( I normally do) but thought if something went wrong then I had given myself plenty of time to fix it. I ordered 2 pairs of socks online on Nov 23rd. It is now Dec 22nd and I still have not received them. Shaun said he had sent a second package but they havent arrived yet. So now no xmas presnt for my dad. And other reviews are right.... it is hard to communicate with them. There "message" button is not instant chat as they make it look. I will have to try for a refund now but after reading other people's reviews, it sounds like I might have a tough job on my hands. So disappointed in feetus. THEY CLEARLY HAVE DELIVERY ISSUES!!!!!!

Placed and order 8 sep and it was "shipped" 10 sep. Still haven't received anything and no responce at all after several mails to customer service. I don't expect to ever see the socks, and will withdraw the payment.

DO NOT buy from here, size is incorrect. This would have been my 4th pair but they would not fit, sent back for refund but heard nothing, no email or anything, called 20+ times on multiple phones but no answer, emailed numerous times but no reply, had to get my money back through opening a case on PayPal. Try contacting before you purchase if you don’t believe me.

Received shoes no problem.
Too small. I asked if they could be exchanged for a different size if I went to a real shop and tried that size on. They said that would be fine.
I went to a store, tried on the different size and those were too big.
I messaged on three separate occasions asking if I could return the shoes as neither the small nor medium fit right.
Not heard a response and it's been about a month since the initial email requesting the return.

A year after my disasterous decision to buy from these fraudsters, and they are STILL spamming me. 4 spam emails today alone.

Yes, I ticked the 'opt out' box.
Yes, I complained to them direct.
Yes, flamed them on Facebook.
Yes, complained to the ICO.

Was hoping the GDPR would sort them out, but no.

Do not trust these fraudsters.

I have used your great socks last year on RTTS They brilliant comfortable and they looked after my feet. I would highly recommend this product

I ordered two pairs of socks on Boxing Day and 2 weeks later still hadn't received them. I contacted the company and received an email from Shaun saying he would look into it. I then only received one of the items I had ordered. After multiple further emails I have heard nothing further from this company. I tried calling the company number but it diverts to a mobile which is never answered. I have asked for a refund for the item I have not received but have had no acknowledgement from the company at all. Terrible customer service. I will not be using this company again as they have taken my money and not delivered the goods. I would give them zero stars if that was possible.

Unbelievable service. Ordered on a Friday afternoon over the Christmas period & they were on my doormat on the Saturday!

Very impressed with both the communication and the speed that my order was dispatched.
