This is the second purchase I've made at Feetus.co.uk and this one has surpassed the first in terms of the products available, the customer service and the overall experience!

Both of my orders have been pre orders of Vibram Five Fingers and each time I have been kept up to date on whether they've arrived in the country (can only assume they're shipped from Vibram in Italy to a supplier/reseller in the UK and then to Feetus) and if I have any questions at all the staff are always willing to help!
The website is very easy to use and always has the latest Five Fingers and probably stocks more than any other company I've found in the UK!!
Delivery is VERY quick, next day before 1pm usually which is great for me because patience is not one of my strong points!

Keep up the good work Feetus!! :)

All products that I have bought from Feetus have been delivered on time, and they have been great!
I would also like to say that the service you get when you have an issue is above and beyond normal service. When I made my last purchase with them, I forgot to change my address (I had recently moved house). Although this was my mistake, when I got in touch, I had a personal phonecall and email explaining everything that he was doing to help me. This was only hindered by the fact that the courier refused to deliver it to the new address (the guys from Feetus had woken up early to contact them). But even when they could no longer help me in person, they found out how I could get hold of them myself (without waiting for it to be returned to Feetus).
Couldn't ask for more, I was blown away by their efforts.
Would recommend to anyone!!!

Feetus give great online advice as well as being a barefoot specialist. You can buy all the top barefoot ranges as well as socks & clothing. Once you have ordered your products, in my case vibrams, they are delivered promptly, I think mine took two days from ordering. I also got a cool neck tube, which I use all the time, for free!
I love Feetus & look forward to making my next purchase with them, they always have great special offers for you to browse & often have promotions on current stock.

The first time I bought from Feetus, I was sent the wrong item, but once I explained the situation, the item was exchanged without any drama, and I was sent a lovely pair of Injinji socks by way of an apology. I bought from Feetus again and unfortunately, the item I wanted was not in stock, so I received a phone call with a full explanation and it transpired that I had ordered the wrong size, but the advice given was spot-on, and I received the best alternative which I was very happy with. All of this, and not to mention the free sweeties with every purchase!

I bought a pair of xero connect and pitched in some socks. I love the sandals. Web description was very accurate and informative. Delivery was smooth. Great experience, all in all.

Feetus had a great selection of products, including the one I was looking for at the best price. Navigating the shop, finding information about the product and ordering was all very easy. My item arrived quickly and when I had to swap it for the next size up, this was easily accompished and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Treat your feet to some Toesocks from Feetus! They're awesome!

I ordered some great running shoes that really helped my training. They did develop a stitching fault after a few months use but as soon as I informed Feetus, I had a brand new pair within a week. Simply excellent service.

I ordered a pair of Vibrams and ordered the size I thought I was andalso 2 pairs of socks to fit the shoes. Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size shoe and was rung by one of the guys at Feetus who talked me through the correct measuring technique and advised me on the correct pair of shoes needed for my needs. Fantastic customer service and I will be a regular customer because of this

I had been after a pair of Luna sandals for some time and when I stumbled across the Feetus website I decided to give them a try. I liked the fact that they had multiple delivery options and the general layout of the website was very user friendly. My order was dispatched within a matter of hours of being placed, and my order arrived in good time. I'm very happy with my sandals, I just need some warmer weather to give them a good try. I will certainly be using Feetus.com in the future.

Couldn't be happier with the service I've received. The ease an efficiency of the ordering process would be enough for me to recommend them to anyone, however it's everything else that you get that puts them head and shoulders above other retailers. Staff are incredibly friendly and always found time to answer any questions as well as being extremely knowledgeable about their products. As well as this, touches such as a pack of Haribo sweets and a free snood with an order let you know that this is a company the genuinely value their customers.

The great thing about Feetus is that they are VERY prompt at replying to enquiries. Delivery is prompt and prices are competitive and often have the edge. I will definitely look to Feetus first next time I'm in the market for their products.
