I ordered a Feice Midnight Reserve FM202 watch online on 27 September 2025 and paid £148 GBP as I loved the look of it. It was shipped form Shenzhen (China) and it arrived on 10 October. When I opened it I immediately did not like it and decided to return it for a refund. I emailed Feice and they explained the return procedure - I had to pay the shipping cost to China and any Customs duties. I returned the watch on 18 October and paid £23.50 GBP for shipping. Nothing happened for 10 days or so I checked the courier's tracking information and found that the watch was being held by the Customs at Shenzhen for approximately two weeks. Eventually when the watch was released by Customs Feice sent me a refund of £128 GBP on 14 November, saying that there were Customs duties to pay.
So I had to pay £23.50 GBP shipping and £20 GBP in Customs duties.
I emailed Feice to complain about this but, as expected, they did not come back to me.
So, unless you know you will definitely keep the watch, avoid this company !

I’ve ordered a watch 10 days ago from this company and I’ve been trying since then to track my package but it’s impossible to find details, it shows only that is still in transit also
I’ve already sent them a few emails to customer service but no reply. This company is really bad and I will report it to my bank asking for a refund. Stay away from them it’s a waste of time and money.
