Unbelievably poor experience / Unsafe

Unbelievably poor experience. They put the car back together wrong, by failing to reinstall the screws required to hold the wheel well in place. When driving at 75 MPH in the wind, the liner was blown into the tire and shredded. This exposed wiring that could also have been blown into rotating tire causing a far worse problem. After using duck tape and some make shift fixes to get home from vacation, I took it back for them to inspect it. They confirmed that they had taken the front bumper off and would have taken out these missing screws. They confirmed the screws were missing. They said they would not cover the repair because it hadn't failed soon enough after the fix (about 2,500 miles) and the customer "inspected" the car when they picked it up. The car was actually just left outside with the key in it. So if they do work on your car, they expect you to take it to someone else to inspect their work or you check every bolt on your car that they may have touched.

I am in disbelief that a company could behave like this and still be in business.
