Total Scam! I bought a towel clutch bag which looks absolutely nothing like the images online! I’ve asked for a refund and of course because the item was in the sale they have denied me a refund but offered me store credit! Why would I want store credit from a company that couldn’t get the first order right!? Clearly I am not the only disappointed customer from looking at all the other bad reviews they’ve received! Wish I’d looked here first!
Absolute garbage! Their return policy is non existant. The boots are cheap, and they will ignore your emails. My brother got me them as a birthday present and they started coming apart after a couple of wears. Disappointing to say the least!
Boots were nothing like the picture, I just wasted $100 CAD for these awful pieces of cheap plastic. Pleeease please don’t make the same mistake I did!!!!
MAJOR SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
I bought the Joan boots from them for around $130 AUD. When I found them on a more reputable site I emailed the company for a refund not even 24 hours after purchasing the boots. They told me they don’t do returns/refunds/exchanges on any sale products. The catch here is that everything on their website is on sale. I was pissed and once I received the boots i was horrified. They are CHEAP CHEAP china crap, not at all like they’re pictured. Please do not buy from this company.
They have NO return on their side, and encourage people to buy the right sizes ...
I don't think it's legal
