Unsere Erfahrung mit Feriepartner bzw. dem lokalen Büro Feriepartner Vedersø Klit war leider in wesentlichen Punkten unzureichend.
Nach 10-stündiger Anreise war das Ferienhaus nicht bezugsfertig – wir mussten die Reinigung selbst übernehmen, um überhaupt einziehen zu können. Eine Erreichbarkeit war zunächst nicht gegeben, eine Information zur Bezugsfähigkeit erfolgte erst drei Tage später per SMS – trotz funktionierender E-Mail-Adresse.
Reaktionen erfolgten erst nach erheblichem Druck inklusive Fotodokumentation. Die angebotene „Nachbesserung“ war praktisch nicht umsetzbar, ohne weitere Urlaubszeit zu verlieren. Auch bei der Abrechnung (Zählerstand) kam es zu verspäteten und widersprüchlichen Angaben.
Unsere Forderung (Erstattung der Endreinigungskosten sowie 10 % Minderung) wurde nur teilweise erfüllt. Stattdessen wurde ein Rabatt für zukünftige Buchungen angeboten, den wir aufgrund des vollständig verlorenen Vertrauens abgelehnt haben.
Fazit: Ein strukturelles Problem in Organisation und Kommunikation. So sollte professionelle Ferienhausvermietung nicht funktionieren.

Our experience with Feriepartner and its local office Feriepartner Vedersø Klit was unsatisfactory in several key aspects.
After a 10-hour journey, the holiday home was not ready for occupancy. We had to clean it ourselves just to be able to move in. Initially, no one was reachable, and information about the house being ready was only provided three days later via SMS – despite a valid email address being available.
Any response only came after significant pressure from our side, including extensive photo documentation. The proposed “remedy” was impractical and would have resulted in further loss of valuable holiday time. Additionally, there were delays and inconsistencies regarding the meter readings.
Our claim (refund of cleaning costs and a 10% price reduction) was only partially accepted. Instead, we were offered a discount for future bookings, which we declined due to a complete loss of trust.
Conclusion: This reflects a structural issue in organisation and communication. This is not how professional holiday rental services should operate.

Vores oplevelse med Feriepartner og det lokale kontor Feriepartner Vedersø Klit var desværre utilfredsstillende på flere væsentlige punkter.
Efter en 10 timers rejse var feriehuset ikke klar til indflytning. Vi var nødt til selv at gøre rent for overhovedet at kunne tage huset i brug. Der var ingen at få fat i, og vi modtog først besked om, at huset var klar, tre dage senere via SMS – på trods af at vores e-mailadresse fungerede.
Reaktioner kom først efter betydeligt pres fra vores side, inklusive omfattende fotodokumentation. Den tilbudte “løsning” var i praksis ubrugelig og ville have kostet os yderligere ferietid. Derudover var der forsinkelser og uoverensstemmelser i forbindelse med aflæsning af målerstand.
Vores krav (refusion af rengøringsomkostninger samt 10 % prisreduktion) blev kun delvist imødekommet. I stedet blev vi tilbudt rabat på fremtidige ophold, hvilket vi afviste på grund af fuldstændigt tab af tillid.
Konklusion: Der er tale om et strukturelt problem i organisation og kommunikation. Sådan bør professionel feriehusudlejning ikke fungere.

Wir möchten Ihnen versichern, dass wir großen Wert darauf legen, dass unsere Ferienhäuser bei Ankunft bezugsfertig sind. Ebenso bedauern wir, dass es in Ihrem Fall zu Unklarheiten in der Kommunikation gekommen ist. Unser Büro ist grundsätzlich rund um die Uhr erreichbar – umso bedauerlicher ist es, dass Sie uns zunächst nicht erreichen konnten. Dass Sie die SMS erst verspätet erhalten haben, lag daran, dass eine falsche Telefonnummer in der Buchung hinterlegt war.
Ihre Reklamation haben wir sehr ernst genommen, da die von Ihnen geschilderten Punkte nicht unserem üblichen Ablauf entsprechen. Wir bedauern sehr, dass wir Ihr Vertrauen in diesem Fall nicht erfüllen konnten.
Für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten möchten wir uns aufrichtig entschuldigen.

From start to finish, our experience with Feriepartner has been nothing short of amazing. Their website is super easy to use, with excellent filters that make searching for the perfect holiday home a breeze. The selection of cottages is truly impressive, offering something for every taste and budget.
But what really sets Feriepartner apart is their outstanding customer service. I accidentally booked the wrong start date for our holiday and only realized this once we had already arrived in Denmark. To our surprise, the cottage was not available until the next day. Within minutes, the cottage owner and the incredible team at Feriepartner stepped in, rearranged everything, and made sure the house was ready for us the same day.
This kind of service is rare to find, and it completely turned what could have been a stressful situation into the start of a dream holiday. We couldn’t be more grateful – Feriepartner truly went above and beyond.
Highly recommended – we will definitely book with them again!
