In un primo momento, The tracking di poste italiane ha detto che il fermopoint non ha accettato il pacco e sarebbe stato rispedito al mittente. Tuttavia, lunedì (31 ottobre), tramite e-mail, Fermopoint ha affermato di aver confermato l'arrivo del pacco. Oggi (2 novembre), stamattina sono andato a ritirare il pacco. Non sono riusciti a trovare il pacco e mi hanno detto di tornare di nuovo nel pomeriggio, cosa che sono arrivata la sera. Ancora nessun pacco e mi ha detto di tornare domani. Il mio pacco è davvero arrivato? Oh guarda (3 novembre), il mio pacco viene rispedito al mittente secondo il tracciamento di poste italiane. Come ha potuto fermopoint "confermare" che il pacco è stato ritirato, al momento della sua restituzione? E il servizio clienti è appena andato. Oh, potrebbero cercare di trovare quel pacco di reso nel negozio. Molto deludente. Se c'è una valutazione inferiore a 1 stella, l'avrei scelto.
Aggiornamento (3 novembre): il pacco viene rispedito al mittente e non posso farci nulla finché il mittente non lo riceve. Che spreco di denaro e tempo. Il servizio clienti non si preoccupa nemmeno di rispondere a nulla, almeno avere una risposta come se ci stessimo lavorando sarebbe carino ma no, niente. Lasciandomi a cercare da solo dove si trova il pacco. Sono uno straniero e volevo utilizzare questo servizio in modo che fosse più facile ricevere il pacco ma invece crearmi un problema più grande. Senza contare che il pacco è arrivato dal Regno Unito all'Italia, devo pagare la spedizione e il fermopoint.

At first, The tracking of poste italiane said the fermopoint did not accept the package and was going to be returned to the sender. However, on Monday (oct 31) ,via email ,fermopoint said that they have confirmed that the package arrived. Today (Nov. 2), I went to pick up the package this morning. They couldn't find the package and told me to come back again in the afternoon, which I came in the evening. Still no package, and told me to come back tomorrow. Did my package really arrive? Oh look(Nov 3), my package is being send back to the sender according to poste italiane tracking. How could fermopoint "confirmed" that the package has been collected, when its being return? And the customer service is just gone. Oh, they might be trying to find that return package in the store. Very disappointing. If there's lower rating than 1 star, I would have chosen it.
Update (Nov 3): the package is being return to the sender and I cant do anything about it until the sender receive it. What a waste of money and time. Customer service doesnt even bother answering anything, at least having a response like we working on it would be nice but no, nothing. Leaving me trying to find where about of the package on my own. Im a foreigners, and wanted to use this service so it be easier to receive the package but instead create bigger problem for me. Not to mention that package came from UK to Italy, I have to pay for the shipment and for the fermopoint.
