Embarking and disembarking foot passengers takes too long. On both journeys I was aware of passengers missing train connections as the time involved was excessive - waiting for the cars and lorries to exit first. Make this known in the booking

HAve travelled with P*O several times before after recent huge price increases by a train service to France made it cost prohibitive for me to travel with my motorhome. The P&O service I have found great and the fact that they have ships that now cater for dogs on board, with dedicated dog areas that offer tea/coffee for owners and a dog exercise area is great. The process of boarding and alighting is acceptable... not good nor bad.. but it works. Will continue to use P&O if the prices remain competitive.
