I love the jewellery and the people are friendly but it just isn't durable. I have purchased the whirling bracelet (broke in a few days, the replacement broke in hours). The bow ring broke after 2 wearings. I haven't heard back from them about this yet. To their credit I have the naga headband. Love it!!!!
Great customer service! This is my first time buying from this brand and I accidentally purchased one of their rings when I was supposed to buy a certain necklace instead. I emailed them the details and they had no problem swapping. It took a while to hear back from them as they are based in China. Although I wish payment from them can expand outside of Paypal, to make purchases so much easier.
