This company is just outstanding for the UK in comparison to others that sell the same in the UK. You order something and it’s delivered next business day more or less. Where other companies it takes forever if you get your order at all. They inform and contact you if something is out of stock or if it’s not delivered to the right address they care and try to make it right. Returns are not as difficult and drama full as it is with some of the other retailers in this sector. The effort they making for customer service is five star. Excellent service & smooth international delivery
I had a great experience with this store. Even though I ordered from outside the UK, the shipping was fast and well organised. The team was very supportive throughout the process and clearly experienced with international orders.
Customs clearance went smoothly thanks to their guidance and proper documentation, which really reduced the stress of ordering from abroad. Customer service was friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever I had questions.
Overall, a very professional and reliable store. I would definitely recommend them, especially to customers ordering from other countries.
