I bought a Seiko gents watch on the 14/04/25, which is under a 3 year guarantee, in June 2026 it was loosing time so I took it to Fhinds who sent it to Seiko, after 6 weeks without a watch it was returned on the 08/07/26 and has lost time since, receiving it back, I took it to
Fhinds today the 3/8/26 to see if I could exchange it or get my money back, it has to go way again for another 6 weeks. I did state the consumer rights act 2015 but they were not interested

The lady assistant was very knowledgeable also helpful with our Grandson choosing a Watch

They sent me a watch without the invoice.

Basically they called me a liar saying an invoice was with the watch.

Err….no there wasn’t an invoice.

They sent me an invoice by email. Then they said print it out.

I’ve asked for them to send me another invoice to my address. They are being funny about this.
Terrible customer service

The lady that took my phone call after lunch was very helpful and polite and gave us an appointment for 3 hours later and the lady that pierced my daughters ears was so lovely, explained everything to her and told her what she waz going to do before she did it, reasonably priced too

Came in to have 2 watch batteries changed one of them was a life time replacement
The member of staff was so helpful and changed both batteries in just a few minutes

After spending some considerable money on an eternity ring for my partner in your Weymouth branch I was told I would receive an email advising me when it was ready for collection.
The estimated delivery date came and went with no contact. The following week I called the store to be told it was ready to collect but no email was sent telling me that. I advised I’d be in this week to collect it, I’ve just been to the store to find it shut and the security shutters down 30 minutes before your advertised closing time.
To say I’m not impressed with your service is an understatement

I was nervous about getting my ears pierced but the staff talked me through what they were doing and it made me feel reassured

I purchased a hollow gold bangle from Chapelle for £600 as a milestone wedding anniversary gift for my wife. Within just 7 months of careful, normal wear, the bangle suffered a severe structural collapse and bent out of shape during gentle removal. The gold walls are manufactured incredibly thin, creating an inherent weakness that makes the item completely unfit for purpose.Chapelle’s "Under Guarantee Department" assessed the item and explicitly confirmed in writing that "the item is not repairable." Instead of issuing the full refund I am legally entitled to for an unrepairable product, they have refused service and insultingly offered a 25% discount voucher to force me to spend even more money with them.Avoid this company if you are looking for durable fine jewellery or a business that respects consumer laws. Absolutely unacceptable service for a luxury purchase.

Very helpful service and made very welcome. The earrings I’ve purchased are wonderful and my Granddaughter will be very happy.
