Went to discuss a complicated situation for a friend with dementia. The two staff I saw initially were so helpful and reassuring. When I went to pick up the specialist watch they had to order I saw a different woman who was also incredibly helpful and friendly. She took no end of trouble. My experience was easy and wonderful.

Fantastic staff member who served us, patient and polite

Halle is the person who did my daughter’s ear piercing and she was so lovely and polite. She gave my daughter a teddy to squeeze while she did her ears. Everyone who worked there was polite and helpful.
It was very clean and the equipment was clean before using and after.
10 out of 10. Definitely recommend to friends and family.

The member of staff who helped myself and my daughter purchase a smart watch was extremely helpful and informative, answering any questions either if us needed answering

The lady was really helpful. My boyfriend was buying me a silver necklace and we explained how he bought me one from a different shop and my neck went green. She reassured us that the necklaces was genuine silver and explained the difference. She also brought out a few necklaces to choose from. She was professional and really nice to talk to. The customer service was very good.
