Non-existent customer service
Phoned and asked about which adapted I needed to wall fit a F45S awning on my Fiat Ducato. I explained was looking to buy from them. I was told that I needed to email them to get an answer. I emailed them and of course got no reply so I bought elsewhere. Thanks for wasting my time Fiamma Store

Beste Alister, ik zie dat uw locatie in Groot-Brittannië (Great Britain) is, ondanks dat wij nooit luifels naar Great Britain kunnen sturen lijkt uw review niet voor ons te zijn maar wellicht voor een andere fiamma dealer, u heeft namelijk nooit contact met ons gehad dit kan ik nazien in onze telefooncentrale, en ik kan ook geen email van u vinden. Echter is het dus schijnbaar makkelijk om dus een review te plaatsen die niet op ons betrekking heeft maar wij als bedrijf hiervoor ook niet aan trustpilot kunnen melden dat dit geen betrekking heeft op ons bedrijf, Wij zullen altijd op welk bericht dan ook reageren, zoals onze ervaring is helpen wij klanten heel erg graag met hun zoektocht naar de juiste artikelen, kortom schroom niet naar onze klantenservice te bellen die altijd bereikbaar is en als het inderdaad iets complexer is vragen we altijd om een email eventueel met foto's om dit voor u uit te zoeken. Amazing service
Placed an order for a new F45s awning on Thursday and was advised 2 to 3 days delivery. Was happily surprised it arrived within 24 hours.
When so many companies are using covid19 as an excuse for poor service Fiammastore have excelled.
