One of a lot findings (amongst others finded at "scambroker") that give you information you need and correspondes with my own experiences:
The Commision de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warned the public of unregulated brokerage Fibonetix.The CSSF stated that the company operating the brand, Zeus Tech & Trading Group Ltd., has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg. Even though the broker claims to be based in Luxembourg, the company is actually registered offshore, in Belize, and is not entitled to operate in the European Union, nor on any other regulated financial market. Furthermore, Fibonetix appears to have all the trappings of a scam broker. Its website is anything but clear about the broker’s trading conditions. They apply unusual fees and whatever they told you, these are not taxes. What is worse, judging by the plethora of complaints posted as comments, the broker has swindled a whole lot of naïve investors out of their money. Most of the alleged clients of Fibonetix say that their initial investment grew significantly within the first two weeks of trading, and then the account managers persuaded them to deposit more. However, when they requested to withdraw, the broker’s employees required them to first pay some taxes of 15% or more to the Luxembourg Government or an account closing fee of € 150. Please note, taxes on forex earnings are traders’ responsibility and are not payable to forex brokerages. By the way, this can you read in the general terms and conditions of fibonetix, but apparently they don't know the own rules. Be aware and keeps your hand away from such broker.

Invested x amount, then got the call about the great investment. Some other investmentor had reserved some bitcoin investment, but didn't get together the funds to buy them, so the company (Fibonetix) was holding the bitcoins, but due to legal reason, they couldn't hold them. The account managers would buy them, themselves, but couldn't due to conflict of intrests laws.

As a proof of concept, I was able to get back €250 to my credit card.

Invested x amount. Made thousands. Wanting to withdraw, but due to tax laws, this couldn't be taken from the account balance. Payed taxes. This was added to the account balance.

Haven't heard from them since. This is a scam.

So guys, here's a quick update on my situation. So I've been onto the company again to see if perhaps they be willing to help me. I have spoken to them on a daily basis and haven't had any joy until yesterday. I got a call from a Mr Anton Topalov to say my funds have cleared and they are ready to be deposited to my account. I thought wow, Finally, Happy Days. Yeah right, think again, this was wishful thinking. So after giving me a nice speech of which account I would like my money to go, I was then finally told all I have to do now is to pay the Tax. Of course as you all know from my previous review, I explained that I've already paid this tax. I received a message from the account department to say that the documents had been sent to the tax department and that it would take 72hrs for the funds to be paid to me. Of course this is almost a month ago. So it turns out that apparently whilst my account was closed down at the end of June and was locked to me so that I couldn't even access it, someone has secretly been trading with on my account and suddenly my funds have increased to over £70 000 which of course sounds too good to be true but lets just roll with it. So now here's the catch, the new tax figure has also increased to £15000.. Hehehehe.
I explained to him that well you can give me the £30000 that you already owe me seeing as I have already paid tax for it, but he actually got really upset and became rather rude to me. He said No, the rules are that I will need to submit the £15 000 for the full figure otherwise my account will be shut down and put to Auction and I will loose all my funds if I do not come up with this money and he just hung up on me. Wooow. No one in this company is actually trying to help and there is no reliable complaints procedure. I have written to their compliance department several times and only ever had one response. Its really sad..

Stay well clear of this company. They are scammers. They have man and women all involved in the scam. Very aggressive and talk like they have people investing and dont tell their family. Liars and they are ruthless. Hope they are caught one day or suffer bad health.

I invested £220 a month ago. I was told and my account page showed it had reached £454 this morning. Charlie Noah was my account manager and got angry when I told him I had no more money to invest. He unsettled me and I tried to withdraw all the funds. Immediately after, I couldn't get into my account and then rang 3 times for advice. The young ladies were unhelpful and the interference on the line made it impossible to converse. My emails were replied to with a standard reset password note that doesn't work! They must be stopped from taking anymore money off poor individuals like me!

A complete scam! The adverts are set-ups to catch the unwary. Not real at all, and planted on legit webpages somehow. Currently pretending to be The Mirror. Then their phone call straight after you give your phone number when registering interest (in seconds) to give "guidance" to make your deposit and "understand" their website. Then an "investment mentor" 2 days later to build "trust" and, just a few days after that to aclaim how much your initial "deposit" has increased by (nearly tripled in a few days so they say) with a proposal to up your investment 100x higher. I caught on minutes after paying £500. But there is no way of getting your money back without completing the scam - providing full colour copies of your bank card (almost all of its 2 sides but they have the rest in the unsecure payment process), with passport or driving license, utilities or bank statement - its in the website almost hidden small print of the terms and conditions, but it's identity theft. They are not regulated. They established only in October 2018 and must work quickly before they have to shut down and rebrand.

Scam scam scam. Do not put your money in it. They was so nice did whatever they could to make my payment go through.
Then they kept changing account managers and throwing insults at me when I wanted my money back.

They said I need to send my full identification and front and back of my card. I left my money with them, there is no hope.
Just please do not invest a penny

DO NOT INVEST A SINGLE PENNY IN THIS SCAM!!!!

They start off by being convincing and nice (to suck you in)

You can withdraw your money whenever you so wish....!!!!!!

This is what happens once you invest....................

You will see your investment increasing almost daily.
You will then get phone calls telling you that ''there is this great opportunity to invest in Boeing or Oil etc, and you will make £1000s but you have to invest more money''.
The phone calls increase and if you resist then the pressure builds until they become quit nasty.

By this time you will have had enough and want to withdraw your money.......That's when the real fun starts........you will be embroiled in insults and anything other than discuss or simply refund your money as is promised.

When you try to call the phones don't work!!!

Do not under any circumstances invest.

I have been trading with Fibonetix for 3 moths. In the beginning
it was hard to reach my account manager,but now I don't have any troubles. I find them okey for now.
