That so called customer service is lack of service - Again
I have tried to get in contact now for over a week to get help to withdraw my daughters money from her account, but either the customer service didn't answer or just ignore me. This isn't the first time they don't want to answer me so there must be a problem with this. Last time I had to wait over a month to get help and even after that they didn't solve my problem on a proper way.
Today March 1 2024, I got a very rude answer about my complain here at Trustpilot, from Fidexcorp regarding that it's obviously my own fault for their lack of customer support. I have complained once before of their bad support and therefore they say that I have done this several times and therefore they don´t want to do anything about it. The only thing I want is to could withdraw MY money from MY account and they don't want to help me doing it.
