no customer service

Inexistant customer service.
I ordered via Decathlon without knowing it was a partner product. I never got any confirmation of purchase from Tormino nor any proper communication. I requested a return and haven't got any answer for over a week. This is not reassuring. The support email didn't answer yet and I just wasted 750EUR.

We immediately checked and see you created 2 tickets within Decathlon, 1 about cancellation, which was sadly not possible due to the bicycle already being sent your way. The other one was about returning the bike, to which we responded within 5 minutes with a return link. Refund refused

I ordered an item of Amazon, had returned it to the seller in the given return time frame, and they are refusing a refund.

Pretty bad experience, 200€ down the drain. I would stay away and purchase my items at a different seller.

EDIT : Thanks for your useless copy paste response.

I can prove that Amazon grants a 60 day return policy, to be proven with a screenshot. So I did return this within the to me granted return time.

Ordered a part 3 weeks ago

Ordered a part 3 weeks ago. Was not delivered after 5 days. Got a message that they are investigating. Nothing since. Was supposed to be a 2 day delivery and was the reason for ordering. Still no part, no refund, no info. Pretty frustrating experience. Have now sent yet another follow up message.

Absolute shocking service

Absolute shocking service. I bought a brand new bike through BOL on 5 August 2022. Bike was faulty from day 1. Initially they sent someone to attempt to repair the fault and even sent a spare part . The fault continued and from then when I asked for a refund, everything changed. I have been trying since the 13 September through BOL to get them to collect their bike for a refund. They promise BOL to contact me to collect the bike and it still has not happened . BOL asked to give them a week and then they would escalate . I have to say that I am also disheartened at the service from BOL in this regard. I would think that as a BOL customer that I would be a priority, but in my opinion they have been dragging their feet . I have called BOL literally every day from the 19th September begging for my refund , and their reply.... they will get hold of the supplier . Even after supposedly escalating to Head office, I was promised an answer from BOL within 48 hours. This also do not happen and I had to call the again and beg for action . All this time I have a faulty bike and cannot get a refund and costing me a fortune in phone calls. Never buy again from Fietsweb and totally dissilusioned with BOL.

Sachs gearpart…

The delivered Sachs circuit was already defective upon delivery. I have returned the part and reclaimed the invoice, so far no response. I now share this circumstance with my bike community.

WARNING - Next day delivery not working

WARNING: Fietswinkel has delivery problems. They can not keep their promise of "Order before 17h, delivery tomorrow". Do order from them if you can wait 2-7 days, but not if you need your parts next day, even if the online shop says the parts are in stock.

Fietswinkel is using "Order before 17h, Delivered Tomorrow" on their site and in advertising. This is misleading, they can't currently keep this promise.

I hope Fiestwinkel is just in a very busy season, but for now, choose to shop from them for other reasons than next day delivery.
