Poor customer service, poor logistics

Similar to everyone else’s feedback for FIGARINE… the communication from this company is SO bad. Customer service is horrendous, rude and passive aggressive. I truly regret ever buying something from this company. I ordered a pair of boots back in August and was told they would be shipped by October latest. They were shipped in November instead but I had an issue with the delivery. The company has asked me for more money to resolve the issue but refuses to send a payment link, and has instead requested payment direct to their bank account for which I will not receive a receipt. It’s been so frustrating and still not resolved. Proceed with caution!

I've ordered the buckle bag more than 2…

I've ordered the buckle bag more than 2 weeks ago and have received no further shipment emails or communication. I've tried to write them several times, via email and social media, but have received no response about the status of my order. At this point I'm quite alarmed and feeling like I've been duped. I've spent more than £200 on this bag so it's quite concerning that there seems to be no way to reach them. Really frustrating. Would not recommend.
