Ordered 3 tops on the 21st March. Dispatched 24th, it's now 2nd April and nothing.
Emailed twice now but no response. That's what I get for not checking here first.

It’s been 8 days since i purchased item had no email to confirm shipping or any tracking information tried to reach out to them and they didn’t respond. I am not pleased as a result and only wanted my John Cena T-Shirt

The item its self is 10/10 wait time is 0/10 it took like 2months for it to finally arrive it’s good but not worth 2 whole months don’t buy

Wish I could give 0 stars! I placed my orde on 6/23, it is now 9/17 and still haven't received it!! It said it was shipped 7/20. I have sent countless emails as well as reached out using the "contact us" option on their website. NOT ONE RESPONSE!!! I have been checking my email constantly for updates, but there aren't any! I spent about $50 which I am out now! Had I seen all these bad reviews beforehand I would have never placed the order! To make things worse, I tried going on their website and IT'S GONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so disappointed. I could have used that $50 elsewhere. This was supposed to be a gift for my son for his birthday last month! Total waste of my money!!! Horrible company!

Ordered wwe figure jacket, no despatch confirmation, been waiting weeks , item has not turned up, can't track it, emailed through their page to ask what's happened to order, no response, poor customer service, no communication and no order so can't even get a response for refund! Do not use!

I literally just walked into the house after picking up a package from FigTees UK in my mailbox. However, the so called anticipation for it to arrive was a disaster. I ordered my package the end of March and it now arrives two months later. While I was waiting all that time, I realized it took forever. I use the Shop app to try and track it, but it never worked and even now it arrived. It’s still in the middle of the bar. I also tried to contact the seller three times and I got nothing. absolutely crap. If you are planning to purchase something from this website, prepare for nothing at all, or long wait time like I did.
Update: one of the two shirts I purchased was too small to fit on many figures. Absolute bull.

I ordered 2 items from this website then it showed they were shipped like 3 weeks later. So I waited 2 weeks for them and nothing and never had tracking on the items. I tried contacting them several times and never responded back to me.

I posted a negative comment a week ago about Fig Tees letting me down.

I take it back, the products took about 5 weeks, but eventually arrived

I'm very happy with the product but the communication could of been better.

No delivery. No reply to email. Glad I paid with PayPal. In process of refund.
What happens with this company being so poor ?

Products ordered ages ago, received an email a month ago saying they’d been dispatched. Still not received. Scam company who take your money and don’t supply products you paid for.

After reading all the negative comments I was sure that I wouldn't receive my order. But my order came and they are amazing my 9yr old is so happy and will definitely be buying more. Thank you. Lesson learnt have a little bit of faith even when the reviews are negative.

Terrible Don't reply to any emails or messages waiting neally a month for items I'm sick of companies that act like this

Ordered nearly a month ago. Surprise no delivery! I’ve emailed them numerous times. I’ve messaged them
On instagram and no reply. I am going to ring the bank tomorrow and get the money back! How a company can be this bad is beyond me!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I placed an order at beginning of April for my son. Its now the end of April and I've had no update from the company. I've emailed twice with no reply and no products. I'm going to have to contact my bank in the hope they can get the money back! Do not order anything from this business!

If I could give this company zero stars I would , I placed an order on 14th February for 4 bloodline sleeveless T-shirts . Paid the money had the confirmation back they said the item would be dispatched in 3-5 days which was great as the items were for my sons birthday the end of February.
Time went by and we tried to track the order through the correct channel SHOP, but unfortunately there was no tracking details . I have sent numerous emails , messages to the company and I have received no replies , not even from their contact us form on the website. I've raised a report with my bank to try to get a refund and they are looking into this , however I feel this company shouldn't be trading if they can't deliver the products or even be bothered to reply to customers who've paid good money for their products. I've got a very disappointed child! Don't waste your time and money buying from this company , total rip off merchants!!!!
