Bad customer service overall
First off I purchased the M1 Pro on CWS Cycle to work scheme, so I'm still paying for it unfortunately, first problem was that the government gives €750 revenue off your bike you pay the other €750 the bike was priced to me at €1550 I bought it, thinking that was the price but, if you look on the shop website buying the M1 pro 2025 outright would only cost €1099 along that line of pricing but because I purchased the bike on Cycle to work scheme, the shop priced me up €500. This is because they see it as revenue paying half but it's still money in their pocket maybe it's a higher purchase price and they put Cycle to work scheme under that either way it's a rip off. customer service was ok in shop, when I went to collect my M1 pro 2025 from the shop I had to pay extra for it to be put together. I have had issues with the bike since noises coming from the motor in the back wheel and the light stopped working correctly after 1 month. I could order another one off fiido, as in order to have it looked at to see if the warranty covers it? I need to bring the bike itself over to swords even though I can disconnect it and send it to the shop, they could see it's not working by connecting it to another bike in the shop, But no, I got what I perceived as a smartArse fob off email. No help at all. When I'm finished paying this bike off I'll be purchasing another e bike from their rival company and I'll never get with fiido again. I've owned every version of fiido M1 pro. Not a bad bike but I won't be coming back.
