Good place to get your filters
Website is great, phone service was a bit average (guy wasn't very keen to take a phone order), in store was great, prices very good.

FS1241 filtre bowl found!
I had a difficult time finding an older version filtre bowl at a reasonable price in North America... the one I ordered from FP took only 10 days to arrive at my doorstep in Canada from Australia!

Freight Issues
Product was good, exactly as described. Freight was poor. I requested and paid for express post but the item was sent regular parcel post. This resulted in several days of delay and MY client was not impressed with the delay after paying for an express service.
I can't speculate on why the freight was incorrect.
EDIT - Filters Plus have been in contact, accepted responsibility and intend to refund the total freight. That is an excellent customer response and I have upgraded the star rating from 3 to 4.

Commendable service & delivery
I was able to get all the products I wanted and a very good price. The company rep rang me to advise of delay for one item and whether or not i wanted them to send what they had or wait till all products were available. I appreciated this courtesy call to keep me informed.
