this company did a great job kept with there timeline of 4-6 weeks they communicated very well, there were deed issues and tax issues that they resolved. most excellent company to work with. i would recommend this company above all!

Anthony Reed was a great agent to start my experience with. He was well informed and answered all my question with confidence. He was professional but managed to elighten things by uniquely adding a few personal touches which made me feel he was truly interested in making this whole thing a positive experience. So many people told me I was doing the wrong thing. When I would confront Anthony with my doubts. He had the knowledge to rebuild my confidence. He kept me informed each step of the way. I did work much with his assistant Samantha but I am sure she contributed much putting everything together and making the final experience go off without a hitch. I received my funds in my account much faster that expected. Finally I feel I understand what is expected on my behalf and feel confident that I am prepared to meet my obligations and make this a great experience and have the money to live the rest of my life without money worries and maybe enjoy some visits with friends and family who live in other states.

Human personalized experience

Finance of America was thorough and delivered very a good interest rate as we re-financed our HECM. Vijay, our advisor, closely monitored the process, answered our questions and was in contact with us via text and email. We really appreciated Vijay's "hands-on" approach as he walked us through every part of the process. We are very pleased with the outcome of working with Vijay and Finance of America.

It took me 9 months to think on doing a reverse mortgage. I should never thought about it because the 4 months it took once I started turned into a nightmare lots of hick ups causing my mortgage to be filed into a foreclosure. Once again money out of my pocket asking begging people for money to get a attorney on board to stop the foreclosure while finance of America to get things right on their end. Then sending a noterer twice.
