Really nice product with build quality I’ve not seen elsewhere. Will certainly be returning as a customer to expand my feeders!

What a great feeder. You can tell it's been born out of a passion for getting it right. No more dismantling your bird feeders for that pain, but really important job, of cleaning it, no more mouldy clumps of seeds stuck in the feeder after a period of rain. This feeder is really super easy to clean and the design also means no more wet and mouldy bird food either. It's very robust and looks like it will last a long time. Plus the customer service is second to non - I had a problem assembling mine - a stupid error on my behalf - and one of the owners of the company was soon in touch and arranged a video call with me to sort my problem out - a level of customer service I'm not used to these days - brilliant! The company owners obviously have a real passion for healthy birds at a time where many birds are contracting illnesses whilst coming to our garden feeders. The RSPB has stop selling some types of feeders because of the serious concern about diseases passed on at garden feeders. With this feeder you can safely continue to feed your garden birds knowing that its whole design is about the simplicity of minimising the risk to the birds with a simple to clean robust and durable garden feeder. I wish I'd bought one ages ago.

Excellent robust products.I bought the Cleaner Feeder 1 and the Peanut Feeder and both are a smash hit in North Kingston, Greater London. Feeding frenzies for fledglings have seen Great Tits and Blue Tits squabbling over access. Transformed the garden activity and means I may need to start a new job soon to support the feed spend!

I got the Big One, 4 separate food holders. Pretty Wife calls it the 'Space Station'!

Had it about one month now, very impressed. Had our first rain in two months, rain all day. Just checked on the food, IT IS STILL DRY!! Blue Tit confident with it, Goldfinches getting used to it.

It is really well designed and manufactured perfectly.

Would definitely buy again, it is Brilliant!

I have 2 x CF4 and a peanut feeder. The products are good and easy to keep clean a definite plus for the birds. The downside is if you break anything on the feeders and request a spare part not for free they don’t even answer your email. It took weeks and weeks to get a replacement lid for a CF4 which was sent foc. Now it’s been 4 weeks since requesting another part. The three stars is for customer service.

Order arrived promptly and was well packaged. I requested some new feeder lids which also arrived and for which I am very grateful. Customer service is excellent. Thank you!

Very impressed with the quality and robustness of the feeder. It took the birds a few days to get used to it but most are using it now

The bird-feeder was very well designed and constructed compared with others we have tried. Our problem is always making them grey squirrel and jackdaw proof. Enclosing the feeder in a cage never works - they just bash the feeder and pick the seeds/peanuts off the ground. BUT - this feeder is much heavier than others and it will need a very strong branch and steel cable to secure it. We always want our feeders to hang from surrounding trees, not metal poles.

A really good product very well thought out. The birds have taken to it quickly. Very friendly and prompt service.

Very easy to use website, prompt delivery and very impressed with the item I purchased. Delivered intact. Great design and hope not to waste as much bird food through it getting wet and mouldy. Pigeon and starling proof! Have yet to have any birds on it but this is most likely a matter of time before they find it! I shall definitely be buying from you again.

Excellent not placed in the garden due to a tree being taken down. Very pleased with the two feeders I purchased from finches friend.

I've had the bird feeder up in the garden for a few weeks. The birds of all description don't seem to like it and are not feeding from it.
Such a shame cos it was so expensive. I'll keep it in the same position for longer but am not hopeful

My finch friendly bird feeder arrived quickly and was well packaged with clear instructions. I wasted no time filling it up and hanging it in the garden. The birds were slow to come to it at first. I had to let the other feeders run out of seed so they only had the one option. That did the trick. It’s very easy to keep clean which is the main reason I purchased it. All in all I’m very happy with this feeder and it seems the birds are too!

Our F.F., squirrel proof version, arrived about two months ago. Excellent and efficient service. The product itself is a thing of beauty and very well made, & is certainly MUCH heavier than I realised. Sadly all my finches have disappeared!…the birds come and look at the top part of the squirrel proof set up, occasionally, can see the seed but are deterred from hopping into the cage lower down where they could actually access the food. I have seen a pair of coal tits use it and one robin…but only occasionally. Plan B was to take off the lower part of the squirrel cage to see if any birds checked it out…they did (still no finches) but the squirrel was ‘on it’ immediately… therefore back to square one. I emailed FF twice to ask if this has been a problem for anyone else and if they had any advice but, to date, I have received no response.

I had an issue with a missing parcel and this was resolved quickly.
