Similar to other reviews we’ve just read. We are architects who signed up and were promised numerous leads. Only a few poor quality leads appeared.But worse than that, after the first three months we were no longer able to contact anyone and assumed they’d gone bust. Until our subscription was up for renewal - and suddenly an email stating that another years fee would be taken even after we’d complained. If you’re an architect do not sign up.
we have had an account with them for almost one year now and had no support or account manager, faulty services description and little customer feedback.

if ever you require an architec, just go on the riba website... you will be connected directly with architect.... no need to go through this website....

On our websites, users are indeed able to contact qualified local architects directly. Each architect has their own personal page that provides their direct contact information, such as their phone number, personal website link, address for their architecture studio, and more.
If a user chooses to send an enquiry through our website, we personally call the prospective client to verify that their project is both serious and also corresponds to the criteria of the architect. This way, we filter out any spam or projects that do not fit an architect's area of work.
Thanks to this verification process, architects know that the leads they receive from our website correspond exactly to their criteria, thus allowing them to focus on what they do best, bringing the architectural dreams of their clients to life!

Don't waste your money. Hassled into purchasing this with the promise of numerous leads and new work when we set up. Over the course of the year we received 12 enquiries from this service and all poor quality. The search function was entirely broken for the majority of the year. When you complain they just sit behind their T+Cs. Lesson learnt and won't be repeated with this firm.

We personally verify every enquiry that we receive on our website to ensure the quality before we transfer them to our architects. We also follow-up with enquiries once they have been sent to make sure that they have found the right architect for their project. Out of all the enquiries that we receive, about 50% are not transferred because they do not meet our quality standards. This process ensures higher quality leads for our architects but can result in an overall more concentrated quantity.
If an architect is unable to get in contact with an enquiry once it has been sent, or if it does not match their criteria, we encourage them to get in contact with us as soon as possible so that we can look into it further. Our goal is to help you win as many projects as possible, and therefore encourage you to share with us any feedback you may have.
With regards to the search function, this was quickly handled by our web development team after it was brought to our attention and can confirm that it did not have an effect on our site’s functionality.

We are Architects based in London and registered with Trouver mon Architecte (Find my Architect) in September 2020 for a year to increase our clientele.
From the outset they promised us 20 enquiries a year, although they wouldn’t elaborate on how they were going to achieve that. They further promised that if none of the enquiries would materialise into a project they would refund us the yearly fee of £600. Not only none of the less than 10 enquiries materialise, but the company never admitted to promising any of their initial agreement.
In addition to not giving us back the fee, they charged us for a second year, although we clearly stated that we were unsubscribing to their service way in advance of their cut-off time. They tried to keep the payment by saying that it was for the first year. Thankfully with bank statements we proved the initial payment. It took 20 days to get the money back. Overall, an awful experience.
