It took less than 2 weeks from the application to the fitting of the new boiler. The engineer was pleasant, tidy and efficient and completed the job in less than a day.
The boiler is a good product and I would not hesitate to recommend Find Energy Savings to anyone who needs a boiler replacement.

Fully recommend this company. Turned up on time and didn't leave until everything was done and double checked. Cleaned up after themselves. Excellent workmanship with minimal damage. ie wall paper etc. very considerate to carpets etc. can't speak highly enough of them.

I recently had David Allen a surveyor from Exact Assessors ltd visit me to do a survey for cavity wall insulation something that the house was in need of he spent nearly two hours with me explaining every detail of what to expect and what the insulation could do for me with regards heating bills I have to say he was very professional and examined the whole of the house inside and out taking measurements and drawing up a plan of the house he certainly made it easy to understand and inspired confidence.
I had put off having the survey for the past three years as I had a previous visit from a separate company who were so unprofessional and struck me as if they didn't really know what they were doing and made no attempt to do what David Allen did.
I am now just waiting for the insulation to be installed I would recommend Exact Assessors ltd to do a survey on any property.

For a change this was a very good experience right from the time I contacted Find Energy Savings on their website . The survey was offered super quick and the date for the actual work was fixed on the day of the survey.the follow ups were excellent . The blokes who did the insulation work were very professional and did their job with minimum disruption and left the site clean
Will highly recommend using this as the other party was offering survey after 4 months !

Would recommend the company assigned to my claim for a Free Boiler, the office staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble for them, kept in the loop at all times arrangements made very quickly for both the engineer and surveyor to come and they did on time. Engineer that came to look at the boiler was efficient friendly easy to get on with and helpful advice given. All sorted within a week just waiting for the OK from the energy supplier and looking forward to getting my new boiler within the next 4-6weeks. Brilliant Company

These guys came on the day specified to re-do my insulation in the attic. They were superb from the moment they knocked on the door and until they left. It took them half an hour to re-insulate the loft, which they had done really well, very little mess, and after signing the paperwork they were gone. Very impressed with this service, and I hope they keep up the good work and excellent standards.
