Fabulous service, never actually met the team apart from the fitter Scott as we saw him mid fit, measuring and quoting all done via calls and emails as property is new build and 100 miles away from us, having floor done before we complete, fabulous product and great fitting and a 5 star service. I have used this company multiple times over due to their lack of up selling and good quality products sold. Cannot recommend them enough.

I ordered my quickstep Largo floor from Findmeafloor as it was the cheapest quote. The Customer Service was amazing, I called them a few times changing my order and asking them various questions & they were always so helpful. So glad I ordered from this company my new floor looks amazing and I saved my self over £200.

I ordered a Quick Step laminate floor form Findmeafloor. They were the cheapest price online and when the order arrived a pack was damaged.

I contacted Mike at Findmeafloor and he ensured a replacement pack was sent out straight away.

Well, I think people feel motivated to post a review when things go wrong but in my case I still wanted to share my experience to give some confidence to people who are considering to use findmeafloor.

They've beaten all the quotes I got, including my layer's main dealer and he was also interested to know about this site for his future business. Boards are also delivered on the agreed date and I've been given a call in the morning to inform me about the delivery time.

Even though we live in a flat and the van couldn't reach directly to the lift, the delivery guy carried the boxes to the lift and then to the flat. To speed things up, I helped him too.

The only minor hiccup is, there was 1 box missing on delivery but I'd been called to apologise and the missing box is delivered next day early morning and I really didn't mind it at all.

I don't know why but the prices they display on the main page seem to be higher than what you actually get when you navigate to the actual product page. So, sorting this out might work in their favour and attract more customers.

All in all, great prices, great service.

I recently purchased some flooring from findmeafloor. Initially I was concerned as they were by far the cheapest, but I couldn't find any reviews on the company (hence the review). I called the company and after speaking to [Name] decided to go ahead with the purchase, albeit using my credit card for the additional cover it provides "just in case".
My experience with them has been excellent. As promised, I received an email from [Name] confirming the purchase and another on delivery day advising the delivery slot.
When I needed some extra accessories, [Name] was very helpful and called their suppliers to see if they had it in stock for either collection or delivery.
All in all, I have been very pleased with the service and, based on my experience would happily recommend them..
