We bought tickets for thorpe park. It's been processing for ages. It will be too late by the time they arrive.

I have used buy a gift previously and had no issues . Unfortunately this time I ordered 2 items to 2 different addresses and neither have arrived . It has passed the 2-5 day period and both were birthday gifts . One was a special day as my mum was 80 years old.
I will see how they respond to my message.
I've had a quick response from buy a gift which is good. It appears that you have to be aware of things only being sent on working days. Hopefully my package will be delivered sometime today !

Ive had a gift bought me as a present. I am struggling to get a date from this activity superstore, when the gift was brought from your website. They never respond with any confirmation,the booking proceedure is useless. Its been over a week now since i said yes to a date but they not confirmed if its booked. Your reminded not to chase until they get back to you.. Absolute con just running down my time on the voucher. Not been on experience ruined my birthday present. Many emails to customer service responses are near on non existant. Finally got a date confirmed over 2 months after registering the voucher. 29.6.2026.

So disappointed with the stay cool
Ice towel. It doesn’t stay cool or even get cool. It’s just a wet towel that stays wet.

Just been to Windsor Castle with a sparkling cream tea at Clarence Brasserie took a friend, wish I hadn’t as it was so embarrassing the picture advertised is nothing like what we received, half a glass of Prosecco 2 finger egg sandwiches 2 cream cheese with cucumber a scone each with pot of jam and cream no cakes the selection of tea was good that was the only positive comment I could make plus filthy toilets to finish. Wish I can attach photos to show how bad it was..

My gift had the wrong name on it and it didn’t look like a gift they thought it was junk mail!

Due to a family bereavement, I was not able to use the voucher by the expiry date. I contacted Find Me a Gift 5 months after the expiry date and they were so helpful and extended the voucher for a further 6 months. So kind. Would definitely recommend!

Nice to find a ‘doing’ gift for a friend. Easy to find, easy to buy, ordered a hard copy (rather than digital) and it arrived next day.

The website was very easy to use, the voucher arrived promptly and the user instructions for the recipient are clear. This is going to be a wonderful gift.

Really seamless experience choosing and ordering my gift. Unfortunately it still hasn’t arrived, so has missed a special birthday. Down to Evri who haven’t met 2-day delivery.

If it was possible to give zero stars. We have now had 3 of these packs bought for us in good faith. Two night magical breaks , Two night charming get away. In reality unless you are happy to stay in a shepherds hut in Northamptonshire in the middle of winter. Then you have to pay an upgrade. In many cases the up grade cost is higher than it would be simply booking the same venue through a well known accommodation booking site.
