I'm marking 3 stars for high professionalism and a seemingly nice-looking product. I'm docking 2 stars as their guarantee promises only half of what it assures. After a long career, including working with global brands and Fortune 500 giants, I felt promise coming to Find My Profession for an Executive Resume service, and paid very good money for it. The process started a little hairy due to unforeseen circumstances with my initial writer, so I was shifted to a different writer. All of whom were, again, professional and did express their goal of getting the resume right. After no call backs after the 1st resume, I returned to request a resume rewrite, per the guarantee, which they did provide, no questions asked. I was shifted to a different writer. Again, very professional. It's been a total of around 4 months now with no call-backs on either resumes I've used from this company. With the rapid advances in technology, I wonder if they're keeping up with how resumes are being screened and adjusting accordingly.

I recently used Find my Profession to create a director-level resume, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The first resume I received was very intermediate, merely a copy-and-paste job of the notes I had provided. It lacked the sophistication and professionalism expected at the director level.

The resume writer offered to create a second version, but it was no better than the first. Both versions failed to capture the executive-level experience and skills I needed to convey. It was clear that the work was far from the quality one would expect for a director position.

When I escalated the issue to higher management, they didn't acknowledge any problems with the resume. Their lack of understanding and inability to recognize the deficiencies in the resume only added to my frustration.

Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and quality of work from Find my Profession. They did not deliver a director-level resume and did not show any commitment to resolving the issue. I cannot recommend their services.
