Also been scammed by this company. The surveyor didn't turn up for appointment and when I contacted the website I was told his secretary had messed up his diary. I was told another appointment would be arranged asap but it never happened. The website went down the next day and I'm furious...CC company and action fraud have been informed.

THIS SITE IS A SCAM! I've worked in online trading accounts for years and these scum took my money too. Reported to the banks and police.

If you are looking for surveyors, go to RICS site or an RICS registered firm of surveyors directly. If you find a business you want to engage and have found them online, then check them out first with RICS and Companies House.

Echoing what others have said. This looks like a scam, or a very poorly managed business. Looked quite genuine and had put a lot of effort into their website with a login area. They even were paying for zendesk support, but DON'T send them any money.

The billed me twice over 2 weeks and the surveyor never turned up. Googling for the surveyors name didn't find anything, so suspect one was never booked, although someone had gone to the trouble of ringing the estate agent to organise a time.

The website is now showing a 503 error, so suspect they have run off with money and password/credit card data. If you have used them, and reading this, I'd now change your card and change your password anywhere else you use the same password...

We had just been alerted to the fact that a fraudster is using our surveyors details to scam money from unsuspecting people.
We are extremely sorry that these crimes have taken place, but wish to stress that our David Clarke is a bona-fida member of RICS and specialises in Compulsory Purchse, not building or condition surveys.
Can we ask you to inform both the Police and your bank/credit card comapny via their Action Fraud hotline.
Once again, we are extremely sorry that these events have taken place.

Same as everyone else basically. £395 taken from my account twice, no response from company even though refund confirmed via email. Reported to my bank and Action Fraud.

Definitely a scam. Took £395 for homebuilder survey, surveyor never showed, is not contactable and firm does not appear to exist. Got an email saying they would refund me but it never arrived so now going through fraud process with my bank.
Postcode for company is invalid, live chat facility is fake, as are reviews, and phone number is also just a front - no one ever answers.

Avoid at all costs. Have reported to Action Fraud also.

SCAM!! £1050.00 taken over two payments! No show at the survey and no contact can be made via email phone or any other means. Our bank has told us we can get the money back and the police have been informed. Avoid using this company at all cost.

Scam!!!! Payment taken twice and no show at for the survey! All reviews on the website are fake!

The same as above this appears to be a scam, 800 pound out of pocket via two payments.

My wife tried to book a survey today and had to pay the survey fee up front. We later found that Findsurveyors had taken two payments from her bank account and Findsurveyors cannot now be contacted either by email, telephone or live chat. The bank has been informed as has the police. My advice is don’t use this organisation, which is not registered at Companies House.

Shocking.... took money and the surveyor did not show up.. Was rebooked and the surveyor did not show up again.. Live Chat Support a joke.. was holding on there for over 2 hours with no reply.. Would never ever use again
