Fast and Efficient
The results of my standard delivery time order were received within 24 hours and appear clear and concise. I expect that such a quick standard delivery will not always be normal but is very impressive. I have yet to verify the results personally myself but do not expect any problems.

Excellent service. Verified results within 24 hours. The only downside is that the pricing structure is not clear from the start so it comes to a lot more than initially expected and then VAT is added at the end. Nevertheless, for me the money was well worth it.

Many thanks for your kind review , our fees do increase where information is older than one year such as the last known address or where no previous address is given, this is required by us to cover the further investigation time and hence costs these harder cases require.
The pricing is always displayed on the cart summary page which all customers will see during the checkout and displays the full price to be paid with VAT before a client agrees to the fee and makes payment. This is the same checkout process most e-commerce stores use.
We offer a very competitive pricing model which is unrivalled in terms of accuracy and speed of delivery as you have experienced.
We prefer to provide an outstanding service at a fair price rather than a lacking service for a discounted price.
Well on the plus side
Well on the plus side, the form was relatively easy to fill in. Result came back within a few hours. My only criticism was that the price for basic address information was advertised as 45 Pounds. I didn't order extra information but the bill at checkout was 90 Pounds plus 20 percent VAT. That I found misleading and you should refund me really or offer me an extra piece of information free of charge. John Stack
