You can always tell a good company by…
You can always tell a good company by how they deal with you when things go wrong. My duvets filling all clumped to one end after one wash, and I had only had it for a week , they will only offer a replacement and not a refund, these are expensive duvets , it is the second one that has done this, luckily I bought my first one on eBay and they allow returns for faulty products as do Amazon.
Be warned this company does not and are back and forth with emails, extremely hard work and I won’t be buying from them again

Very comfortable and light to sleep with, the material is high quality and feels wonderful against your skin. for two days i have been trying to ring this company to place an order and no answers the phone , also been on chat that says AI powered for faster responce thats a joke . so i have gone else where two spend my money to a company thats does answer the phone.
avoid this company if you had to return anything and needed to speak to someone.
