Be careful!! if you get an exchange for an item and then want to return it they will not accept the return.

Wish i had checked this before buying anything from them. Definitely a subpar company that wastes your time for a simple timely uncomplicated return. I want to return 2 expensive items and their return page is generating error. when i asked for a return barcode they werent able to provide one and asked me to wait. What era customers are they serving? Definitely dont buy from here.

I used to love purchasing from Finery but never again. I am nearly £250 out of pocket because of their awful tracking and delivery systems. I can’t get a reasonable conversation with the customer service team. They send me a return QR code that generated an address that isn’t theirs but I will not take responsibility for the systems errors. Avoid.

Placed an order a few days later received an email to say the dress I ordered was out of stock.
So if I would like to choose something else which I did about 5 days later same again out if stock ,really need to sort the website out as both items were showing in sock when I ordered them .I ordered the same

Terrible customer service. Have ordered a dress for my husband’s funeral had order confirmation and money taken only after I chased the order as it had not arrived in the designated time to be told it is out of stock. They say that an email was sent however this is not the case. There is No contact phone number available which is really poor. Won’t order again with this company. Still waiting for a reply to my previous emails but alas nothing received. Poor customer service

I love the fit of these clothes. So well made. Generous with material so that you don’t get the “fits ok apart from under the arms” scenario. Useful good colours and practical wearable clothes. No bombarding with too many choices either. Love them. Just wish I could order shorter length on the mid rise dresses as I have to pay some one to shorten them. I’m 5ft.

Product arrived on time. The jacket I ordered was as I hoped and is perfect fit.

I have sent several requests I bought a jacket 3 weeks ago and I have had no contact. I need to now go through my card to get credited. I sent several messages and no response. Don’t waste your time or money

Returned a dress accussed me of wearing it which I wouldn't dream of doing and they refuse to reimburse me I like their clothes but will think twice of using them again want a refund

I very rarely write negative reviews but I will not buy from Finery again and I want to warn others about this company. The issue is not the clothing, the quality seems fine and i like the style of the clothing, but the way in which they deal with returns is terrible and I feel they are untrustworthy. I bought 2 dresses and as one didn't fit properly I returned
this dress. I only tried it on once and then it went straight back in the bag to return it. I expected to receive an email to say the refund was being processed but instead I received one saying that the dress was being returned to me as it did not meet their returns criteria. They stated the dress was dirty and the dress had no tags, which I did not believe as I did not remove the tags. I have now received the dress back and it most definitely is not dirty. I have checked everywhere and they have clearly lied about this. However it does have no tags which they have either removed or the dress had no tags when I first received it. This is now something I can not prove. I have never experienced anything like this before but I do tend to only buy from companies I know are reputable as I know things like this can happen! I hope this review is useful to others who have considered buying from Finery.

Fantastic customer service!

I have dated this in December, but it started in November and continued throughout December. Ordered 4 dresses, only one arrived with the parcel marked by royal mail it had been opened. The customer service, well you cannot call it service, was atrocious. I think I have counted 18 emails, provided duplicate information, it was almost like a game that they would not respond. I was so full of hope about this brand as the style was fantastic, never ever again. The bank pulled the payment and advised me to go against the ‘advice’’ of finery to withdraw the complaint so they could eventually process a refund, as there was no guarantee it would be made and I couldn’t reopen a case.

I had already ordered the blouse. Wasn’t sure about the skirt, I waited and ordered a couple of months later. The fabric looks and feels beautiful and looks fabulous. My husband commented how elegant I looked. Highly recommended 😍
