We ordered my son a pair Adidas from

We ordered my son a pair of Adidas from the finishline online website and paid the extra money to have the shoes expedited. The day after the shoes were suppose to be delivered they still had not shown up. Called them and the shoes had not been shipped. I demanded that my refund be returned immediately since they failed to ship them on time. Sorry customer service I'll buy them somewhere else. I would have left a zero on the review if it would have let me.

Do Not waste your time…this place is an…

Do Not waste your time…this place is an absolute joke! They never send the right shoes on purpose because they want you to return to never see your money again. When you go 3 weeks without your information then they can’t seem to be able to find your order! The Finish line App is a joke…it never works…it’s a overlay sight…don’t put your personal information in or you will be SORRY!

Don’t, Don’t.... I repeat don’t order from this company!!!! Very very poor customer service! I ordered a pair of shoe for a vacation trip and they never came!!! I called the company, and they were NOT accommodating at all!! Filled out information for an affidavit and called back.. they had no information at all!!! It was horrible!!!

Great delivery time, and the shoes are exactly as their shown in the website; they arrived in good condition

basically what the title says, everything was good, and the delivery time was good, less than a week. the product arrived in very good condition, the only thing missing was one of those paper balls that go inside the shoe, but I didn't notice any damage (in short, the sneakers arrived, but one of the paper balls didn't, not a big deal)

This store is terrible

This store is terrible. I ordered online it took 25 days before I received and went to the store to return because that shoes is supposed to be a gift. Poor customer service and employees at the store.I will neveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeer buy anything on this store anymore.They deserve zerooooooooooooooo rating.

Refused to Return Defective Shoes

Will never purchase from them again! I ordered Nike Air 270's online and they arrived extremely squeaky, I was told they were defective and they would exchange them and send out a new pair. I waited and never received the new pair. Then they said, oh you need to ship them back first, we will inspect, and then 1-2 weeks later we will send new ones. They also said I could drive to a store and exchange them if I didn't want to wait. So I drove OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF AWAY and Finishline refused to exchange them for me because they were worn! Yeah they were worn, I ordered online and had to wear to know they were defective. Even when I showed them the email saying I could return them in store, they still refused! Horrible customer service. Then when I finally mailed them back to them, they canceled my replacement order, which was fine by me, I just wanted my money back at that point. It took 2 weeks to get my refund. What a hassle and I still don't have new shoes!

I ordered a pair of shoes online…

I ordered a pair of shoes online 3-22-21, I took them to store #472 on 3-29-21 to exchange them for a smaller size that they had to order online, I never recieved an email conformation for this order just the receipt from the store so on 4-8-21 after not receiving my shoes I called the store and was told my order had been canceled and I had never been notified of this! And they told me to contact Niayah at customer service. I talked to a different person but was told they would put in a request for my refund and it would take 3 to 5 business days to receive it, well I gave them until 4-22-21,still no refund! this time I talked to Christine and she told me all the same stuff! So on 4-26-21 I went back to the store and asked if they could help me,the store manager went out of his way to help me, he called customer service and spoke with Desiree and she said my refund would be added back to my account in 3 to 5 business days,well today 5-10-21 still no refund! I went back to the store and the manager called and talked to Niayah and she said there was no note stating that I was supposed to get a refund and that I needed to send a copy of my receipt to them so she could show it to her supervisors to request my refund yet again! So the store manager sent it to her from their company email and I was told again that it would take 3 to 5 business days to get my refund. If an order is canceled the money should go directly back to the form of payment that was used to purchase the item,it should not take a person 4 phone calls to customer service to request their money back, the shoes were returned to the store! Where they were resold, so not only did they make money off that sale they also have my money as well! And after reading all of the reviews on here and another site I see that I'm not the only one that this has happened too! Finish Line is Scamming people! Are they going bankrupt and this is the only way they can make money?

Terrible service

Terrible service. I'm almost convinced this is a scam company. I went into the store and they didn't have my size. Then they offered to order what I wanted online. After a week my order never arrived and they claimed that they did not have the shoes I ordered. I asked for my money back and they sent a check misspelling my name. I had to call them back 3 times and every time they messed up the check. Do not order from this company. Two and half months later and I still do not have my money back. Worst customer service ever. Borderline scammers.

TERRIBLE SERVICE

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Giving them one stars because I cannot put anything lower than that. I ordered shoes online and was told 3-4 days. 7 days passed and had received nothing. Forced to call customer service, “fixed” the solution, and was told again 3-4 days. Another week passed, nothing. I am extremely disappointed and cancelled my order. 4 customer service reps wrongly placed my order. Forced again to speak to a customer representative to get my money back and nothing, she even hung up on me. Forced to spend my day finding ways to get my money back from this terrible store.

I would not recommend this company…

I would not recommend this company because they will do not have a relationship with the companies that manufacture their products. Laces snapped on a pair of Adidas with less than a month of wear. Obviously, not Finish Line's fault! And after talking with Customer Service, clearly not their problem. I have to contact the manufacturer directly.

FINISHLINE is the worst place to buy…

Finishline is the worst place to buy shoes online ever! It doesn't make since that the website gets jammed every time I fill out for a raffle or when I check my results! If you don't know someone at the store you will never get any NEW RELEASES! I work hard for my money and I'm not paying $600 for a pair of $200 shoes! The worst part about it is FINISHLINE CORPORATE WILL NEVER REACH OUT TO ANSWER YOUR CONCERNS BECAUSE THEY ARE IN ON THE BULLS@#T AS WELL! THIS WORLD IS FU@$ED UP! IF you have a child that gets good grades and is responsible and respectful and their only request is a pair of new releases shoes from finish line you have to tell him or her no! They created these WEB BOTS THAT BUYS UP SHOES IN A MATTER OF SECONDS! Hard work means nothing and you will never have a fair shot! ZERO STARS I HATE THIS STUPID WEBSITE! There Customer service is horrible

Customer service is horrible. Still waiting to get email of why part of my order is canceled. I will never shop here again. Called customer service she was making up a reasons why my order was canceled but the day before I got a email saying it shipped.
When the order never shipped at all. Don't waste your time shopping here you will be disappointed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM FINISH LINE!!!! I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago to ensure my sons birthday gift arrived on time I never received a tracking number. When I called the first time they said the shoes hadn’t been released from their warehouse, the second call gave me the same info, today (almost 3 1/2 weeks) they STILL haven’t been released!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! How the hell can you sell something on your website that is being “held hostage” in your warehouse! I will cancel my order and stick with Foot Locker- NEVER AGAIN will I give you my business!!!!!!
