I had to come and praise whom I believe her name to be Carvine. My family and I moved in Kastrup this summer and had know idea how our boiler worked. Even after a plumber visit and many unsuccessful calls to book a service in this busy season (no one had any availability under 1 week), Carvine, our new garden angel, was quite patient with me over the phone and explained how I could get my model back up and running. Knowing my 2 girls could come back to an heated house was enough for 5 stars and win me over as a future customer. She helped us regardless.

Two bad experiences with this company. The first was when they sent a technician to fix a problem with the toilet but he said he was not experienced enough and they had to send someone else. Another plumber came the next day and fixed the issue, but they then tried to charge me for both times, but agreed to not when I complained. The second problem was when they came to solve poor water pressure on the top floor of our townhouse. The plumber said the taps cannot be cleaned of lime and potential rust stones from the pipes inside and need to be replaced and I was charged 1,900kr with no change to the pressure. I researched on the internet and found out how to dismantle the tap, clean the internal filter and remove the water flow inhibitor, now I have great pressure. I seriously question the experience of the technicians if I can fix the problem in 10 minutes. I do not recommend using this company.
