I bought a pack of 12 Wagyu beef…
I bought a pack of 12 Wagyu beef meatballs. They are gluten free, but that's about the only plus! When I make meatballs I add a small amount of breadcrumbs and an egg to bind the mixture with, to make them more succulent. There was none of that in these, but there was chickpea flour, rice flour and cornflour, so they were very firm, and to be honest, not 'beefy' or tasty! Won't bother again!
