Having found a lovely Z900RS on sale on Fin's website, I popped down to have a look. Well that was an expensive ride out because it was love at first sight. I was offered a test ride straight away and after a quick chat with one of the owners, Grant, we came to an agreement whereby he'd fit new tyres for me and I'd buy the bike.
Subsequently, last weekend I jumped on a train and after a short walk from the station, I was presented with my new pride and joy.
I cannot stress enough just how welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable I found everybody. Liam behind the desk sorted my direct debit for the tax and gave me a hand-over and both Monica and Grant thanked me for my custom.
Oh yeah, and the price was good as well... which always helps!

I can’t begin to describe the experience myself and my husband have had with this company. There seems to be very few good old fashioned family businesses left these days who actually put their customers first but honestly, this absolute gem of a motorcycle dealer is right up there! Our scooters were expertly and carefully delivered, communication was excellent and literally every single one of the staff have been amazing - kind, professional and courteous and have taken the time to really listen which I very sadly think is lacking from some other dealers. A really enjoyable, pleasant experience from start to finish and now that we’ve found them, we’ll be loyal returning customers for many years to come. Thank you Fins!

I use Fins for servicing and MOT's. I would say very good. The guys (and girls) know exactly what they are talking about, are all bikers. It's a big enough place, so they have a good number of mechanics and experience. It really shows that tehy are not part of chain - independent garages just seem better. And the mechanics are not 17 years old either, they seem experienced. Also, if there is something small wrong with your bike, they don't make a whole deal about it, they just charged me 15 minutes time to fix something simple, so appreciate the honest pricing. would give 6 stars if I could!

Fins sold my CCM on my my behalf. Widely advertised on a Monday morning and sold by the same evening. Collected from my home, a very good price was achieved and a fair commission charged.Grateful to Grant and his Staff for their professional service.

went there to look up some bikes , made my choice, test drive and deposite , now bike has been delivered ,, truly proffessional and customer friendly , not corporate bull you get from otherbike companys in the south east

I visited Fins motorcycles to view a bike that interested me. I met both Monica and Grant who could not have been more helpful. I was offered a test ride before I had time to ask for one and I was able to take out two bikes to compare.
Although I didn’t go through with a purchase today I was offered a good part exchange price and I will be back once the right model is available.
A fantastic bike shop that deserves continued success.

Wow - I am really impressed. Rode there to get MOT on bike. Suspension warning light came on whilst riding there. Spoke to them as soon as I arrived, they knew immediately what the problem was, got it done - saving me significant £s from BMW. Gave me a lift home AND delivered the bike back to me (a good 45 minute drive). I cannot speak highly enough - EXCELLENT service.

Been using Fins since they started in 1988, deal with them on almost a daily basis ( I run my own bike school) for servicing , spares , and bought and sold many bikes and always had nothing but excellent service from them. Proper, real enthusiasts bike shop, and trust then enough to always recommend to my trainees

MOTs done in half an hour while you wait, with no appointment needed (unless your current MOT has expired). I took my bike for an MOT recently: it failed due to a problem I was already aware of but they were able to fix it there and then and re-test it with only a small nominal charge for the work. I also appreciated that they took time to show me where the problem was and explain exactly what needed to be done.

Recently purchased a 2013 Piaggio X10 maxi scooter from Fins and part exchanged a Suzuki Address 110. It was a decent all round deal financially. They arranged delivery and I was amazed at the presentation of the new machine when it was rolled out of the van as it looked as good as new. I am very pleased as it is a wonderful ride. You are clearly a well regarded and long established honest business. Well done Grant and Fin for making the buying experience so good. Thank you. Mike S

My local bike shop and have used them since 1988 for servicing and tyre fitting. Friendly honest staff, fair prices and a wide selection of used bikes. MOT's while you wait. Would recommend without hesitation to anyone in the East Surrey area.

Called these guys today to buy a motorbike they had advertised.
Drove all the way there only to find they did not have it, and they tried to fob me off another bike same model but 2 years older!

So I drove close on 50 miles, spent my time and money doing a HPI check on a bike that this place never had!

Down right low in my book!
