I have had nothing but excellent …

I have had nothing but excellent service from Finstad's. Carly was very helpful with making my choices and easily answered all my questions. Communication during the process was easy and quick. It was an enjoyable, hassel-free experience.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Carly was extremely knowable and helpful through the process of picking flooring for the entire house. I love the way things turned out and her suggestions added some great touches without going over budget. My vision came to life with her assistance and we love it!

Outstanding customer service from start …

Outstanding customer service from start to finish! Carly was great to work with and very helpful in helping us choose just the right flooring for our needs. The installers (Joe, Lonny and Tom) were professional - on time - and very proficient installing the carpet and vinyl planks. We are very happy with the results!

Doing what was needed

We had a situation which was not straight forward. From the Time i contacted Carly Pauper from Finstad's she sourced the material , brought it in for my time line and arranged special pick up , to coincide with my needed schedule ( all was fairly tight ) , I went without a hitch and we brought it back to Canada for install .
