I have thick, coloured hair with frizz - - the shampoo, conditioner and especially the oil from Fiona Franchimon are very very helpful to my hair. Now I have ordered the new hair cream and I hope it will smooth my hair that it will be a little bit shiny again.

Beautiful but super weak material, you have to be very careful if you have thick or curly hair, for this price I would suggest a stronger material

I bought one of the best ever shampoo and conditioner at FF shop. The smell is amazing and the ingredients make my hair so silky and soft. Highly recommended! And also checked with Yuka app - green light🤩

I have been VERY disappointed, as I returned an item which arrived too late for the function which is was intended for. This item was returned to the Netherlands address with the correct form attached securely to the front of the box, exactly as requested by their customer service representative on 30th December, 2025. To date, I have received ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! I’ve been informed once, last week that Fiona Franchimon had still not received my tracked parcel!!! No one has attempted to HELP me in any way. I was charged £46.00 Pounds Sterling by British customs for the privilege of receiving this very late item and have spent a further £14.00 Pounds Sterling in return postage. The cost of this item was £170.00 on top of all of this! No one at Fiona Franchimon appears to CARE! I would very seriously think long and hard before purchasing anything from Fiona Franchimon as the duty alone, is a killer! (Thanks to Brexit)!!! It is very rare that I EVER give a negative review, but this has most definitely STUNG me!

It appears the package is lost. Please refund my purchase.
