Excellent from start to finish. Did a very professional installation of our new gas fire - will share some photos once the room is decorated. Highly recommended, I will be returning for our next fireplace install.

We chose Corby Fire Designs following our initial assessment due to their friendly and professional approach. As we didn’t have a chimney we had a twin wall flue installed, with block work chimney breast, chamber and mantel to house the log burner. From start to finish we found them an excellent company to work with. The installation took 4 days as we didn’t realise how comprehensive a build this was going to be. The team were very clean and polite and we are really pleased with the final product. We would highly recommend.

From initial consultation to final installation, the whole process was managed very professionally by the team at FireDesigns Corby. The installation team worked extremely hard over the two days of removal of old stove, opening out the fireplace and installing new wood burner and all the accoutrements, and were extremely knowledgable. They left the house clean and tidy, and we are delighted with the final result. We highly recommend the FireDesigns team at Corby.

We recently had a log burner installed and couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. Simon and his team was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to explain the whole process, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was done safely and to a high standard.

The installation itself was carried out efficiently and with great attention to detail. Simon kept the work area tidy throughout and left everything clean once the job was completed, which we really appreciated. It’s clear he takes pride in his craftsmanship.

Simon came to do the initial survey and really helped us to understand what we needed to purchase. On installation day it went very smoothly and again Simon gave us time to understand how to get the best out of our log burner. Excellent service

We're so pleased with the stove installed by Corby Fire Designs. From the initial visit to discuss options and measure up, to the final signing of paperwork, the communication was good. The installers were great, polite, hard working, explained things clearly and cleaned up really well. We only wanted a small wood burner as the room is not big. And what a difference is has made. We're not using nearly as many logs and having a warm room. Love it!

Last month we had installed a multi fuel burning stove, purchased from their showroom, from choosing to designing to the installation the whole process was professional, your staff throughout the process kept us informed and we were most impressed by the installers who kept disturbance to low level, covering all carpets and furniture with plastic sheeting, cleaned up properly both days, they took away all the rubble, and the old gas fire, would highly recommend you contact Fire Designs for all things stove and fire/fireplace related a well deserved 5 Stars from me

We had an old gas fire, and Corby Fire Designs fitted a new stove for us this week. They did a great job, and gave me a full run through on how to use and care for the stove after. Everyone was lovely, from the lady in the showroom who helped us choose a stove and get the process started without a 'hard sell', to the guy who measured up and fitted the stove. We are very happy!

We had a Log Burner fitted this week and the weather was freezing and snow. Even so it was fitted on time and everything left clean behind them. The shop kept us up to date all the time. Very impressed with good service and quality equipment, from the burner to the insulated Flue.

Absolutely no mess ( which worried me as they had to go through the roof and the wall) and extremely professional.

For the last 20 years we have had a wpod burner. We moved to our new house which had a gas fire. Missing a real fire we approached Corby Fire Designs to enquire if we could convert our gas fire to a real one. The staff at the showroom were so knowledgeable and helpful we were inspired to proceed to a survey. Yes they could convert with no problems. We chose our log burner from a wide range in the showroom and received our installation date. The actual installation was a dream. The 2 guys were so professional. They did everything to a high stsndard. Old gas fire disconnected and gone. New glue and chimney pot in. Log burner and surround in. I cannot praise the installation staff enough. Very clean, took all rubbish from the convertion away and knew what they were doing. If you are thinking about installing a wood burner then you must contact these guys.

Fantastic service throughout. Instore help and knowledge was great with helping chose which fire and the best beam to go with, we booked our dates in. The guys did a fantastic job with our installation, I chose to have brick slips so they gave me a few days to get this done then came out at a later date to install the wood burner . He was really helpful explaining how to use and maintain the wood burner.

We rang up and had someone come out to examine our fireplace. We had a quick response with the quote soon after. Date was then booked for installation of log fire. Installation went very smoothly. The fitters were brilliant and we were kept informed throughout the procedure, over the two days. They cleaned up and were very thorough. They were extremely helpful, and once the log fire was installed, letting us know how to use the fire. We would highly recommend Corby Fire Designs.

This was our second stove to be fitted by Corby Fire Design in the last three months. Both stoves are working brilliantly as you would expect but what impressed me most was the installation service and the advice provided instore. We shopped around as we knew we needed two installations and CFD offered the best value by far supported by the best service.

Just had a lovely Burley wood burning stove fitted by Corby Fire Designs. After visiting the showroom we arranged for a survey and estimate. The chap who visited was very knowledgeable, no hard sell, just useful and relevant advice. Needless to say we went ahead and couldn't be more pleased with the installation, which involved replacing our old gas fire, flue. brick fire surround and hearth. The team were polite and friendly. I would highly recommend them, very professional.
