Great Company
Ordered an Electric Stove looking fire. Arrived promptly, Installed and all OK until 2 days later it started a clicking noise. Fireplace World were brilliant. Offered to collect and full refund or replace an collect. I went with later and they organised everything. New one in and is working perfectly. Nice to deal with a company that actually puts the customer satisfaction as a priority. Thanks to Shannon who dealt with it from start to finish. 5 Star Company.

Was really worried about ordering my…
Was really worried about ordering my fireplace online but there was no need to be! I love it.
Delivery was made within a couple of weeks of ordering and all the different components were well packaged. The delivery team rang on the morning of delivery to say what time they would arrive. It had said that my order would be a doorstep delivery which I was worrying about as I live on my own but they did lift everything into the hallway for me.
All the components are true to the pictures shown on the website and assembly was fairly straightforward even though instruction manuals were not the most detailed.
I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Delivery issues
I found a fireplace suite I liked , placed the order only to be told they do not deliver to my postcode , even though the website claims they deliver to every mainland postcode , I called and was told they do deliver to every postcode just not every item , false marketing, I tried numerous family members addresses with the same result , I had to have it delivered to a friend with a London postcode, the delivery drivers had to drive past the end of my road to get there, absolute madness, on the other hand the suite is lovely , just beware of the false marketing regarding delivery

All went smoothly
On ordering my fireplace I got a prompt delivery date and it was delivered on that date. Unfortunately there was a dent in one of the parts so I sent an email asking for a new part and this was delivered the next day - no hassle. It was well packed and straightforward to assemble, although assembly time was estimated at 10 minutes and it took me over 2 hours. I think they must have been watching a speeded up film.
