Very arrogant and poor client service
Very arrogant and poor client service. "I run a business not a charity".
I asked Stephen for a fire strategy report, in which he advised that I need a fire IE30 door to the living room and kitchen. After asking him to be more detailed with his recommendation (ie. that glass doors are ok) he was unwilling to edit and change his report, which then led to having 1 year long dispute with building control. After sending him our exchange with building control, he asked for another fee to be paid to him for a second visit and issuance of a second report, explaining we have changed the proposed glass fire door into a glass partition.
Very very poor service, would not recommend at all!!!

Very disappointing service
I hired them to help me work through the regulations of Approved Document B and BS 9991-2015 for my residential one-family home. I had to pay for the service up front. The discussed options were not reflected in the report. Very arrogant behaviour.
