5 star sports memorabilia and customer service

Super happy with Firma Stella and purchasing my first ever sports memorabilia through them. Jo Wallace in customer service was excellent, explaining to me the authentication process, shipping insurance details and making the purchases super convenient. Definitely will go back for further purchases.

Amazing company

Amazing company! Always happy to help with any queries. I bought a signed rugby jersey and it came in perfect condition with regular updates on delivery. I couldn’t recommend this company enough!

From minor problem to absolute perfection

I ordered a signed armband which unfortunately has got damaged in storage. Jo Williams went above and beyond to help me find a replacement. I was blown away by the quality of the framing compared to other companies I have used. The postage was quick and well packaged. Jo kept in contact with me throughout the process and even checked in with me a week later to make sure I was happy. I couldn't fault them and I will definitely be looking to use Firma Stella again in the future.

Top Class Customer Service

Top Class Customer Service!

I have used these guys for a few purchases and every time they are fantastic. I can be a nightmare customer, but Jo was absolutely fantastic in helping me out and sorting my queries. A credit to the company and to learn she hasn't been there long was even more impressive. The personal touch throughout goes a long way.

I will definitely be using again and would highly recommend anyone else to do so!

Rugby Memorabilia

Have used them for signed sports memorabilia a few times. Always well packaged, quick delivery. Good are as described. They have a great range on their site beyond just sports/

Great site and service

Orders processed and delivered without any issues on multiple occasions now. Even had an email a couple of weeks later asking if everything was ok. Great service, would happily use this site again.

Perfect experience

Perfect experience, excellent service and gorgeous, authentic memorabilia!

I was looking for a gift for my friend and this website was great, as I was able to find almost every memorabilia I was looking for! The response was quick and responsible, the delivery was well packaged, and the after-sales service was satisfactory!
