Two Watches - Excellent Service
I have bought two watches from First Class Watches - a Garmin and a Sinn. On both occasions the watch was despatched quickly and securely. It also helped that the watches were cheapest from them when compared to other sellers.

We take customer service very seriously, and the response you describe does not reflect our standards or operating procedures.
When a situation like this occurs, our standard procedure is to immediately check our internal packing photographs and dispatch security footage, as well as open a full investigation with the courier. This should absolutely have been requested and implemented for you straight away.

Great experience with First…
I've had a great experience with First Class Watches.
I placed my order for my new Garmin, late one evening and received it 2 days later. The tracking was excellent and I knew where my watch was and when it would be delivered. I like that I had to give a security code for taking delivery and the watch wouldn't be left somewhere.
Great value service! And great pricing!
My watch was £100 less than other stores!
Also, when I opened the packaging, I was surprised with a gift voucher as a gift.
Id definitely buy my next watch from FCW again.

Simple analogue watch for time telling
Could not find a simple easy to read but elegant looking analogue watch anywhere else. Ordering was a bit long winded but delivery was good and the recipient was delighted with it, so thank you.

I am extremely sorry to hear that you haven’t received your order for the Garmin strap. We take customer service extremely seriously and always aim to resolve all issues.
As this was sent for next day delivery a couple of weeks ago, we are looking into this as a matter of urgency. I’m afraid we were unaware that you had not received it until now. From the tracking I can see that it was handed over to a person on 10th July by the courier. We have requested GPS coordinates of that delivery to further understand what has happened here.
