The biggest breast pads I’ve found - great for oversupply as I was regularly flooding through all other pads I’ve tried. Soft and not too bulky. Arrive well packaged and in good time

All the items I ordered were high quality and very useful. I used the peri bottle, witch hazel pads and cooling pads. These were designed with the user in mind. Even the way the instructions are written feels gentle and kind, like they know what you’re going through and they’ve got your back. Which is so needed in postpartum. When I did have a problem with one part of my order the customer service went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved and I was once again, cared for. This company cares and it shows. They’ve got your back!

Jade kindly contacted me after this review to arrange for a replacement bottle to be sent, which arrived this week. Really grateful to Jade for sorting this out for me and looking forward to trying out the bottle!

Waiting on delivery of a peri bottle ordered through the First Days Amazon site on 23 November. Getting increasingly anxious as I'd like to be able to put the bottle in my hospital bag and am getting nearer my due date but delivery date is continually shifting back.

Unfortunately no proper tracking is available (Royal Mail tracking says I'll be informed if they make an unsuccessful delivery attempt but otherwise I can't see the status of the package) so I've no way to know whether it's in transit yet. Fingers crossed it will come soon!
