Ordered a free sample for my novel and was not disappointed. They were friendly, kind and quick to return the completed edit. The editor praised where it was due, and gave some gentle pointers to help me improve, without seeming critical or harsh.
While I have not yet chosen exactly which company I will pick to edit my novel in its entirety, they are shortlisted and it's between them and one other company. Very promising!
