First Port manage Stackpole Crescent in Swindon, service is shocking in respect of Customer Support. Never get through on phone, when I do never get actions closed, wrong bills sent out to us for an address in Liverpool we know nothing about and still yet to receive a copy of insurance documents so having to pay for a separate policy ourself. They are also very quick at issuing court proceedings for withheld monies from landlords due to the aforementioned mentioned. All round shocking company…

This company blocks tenants access to their web so can charge additional fees for late payment.
Due date needs to be before 8 am otherwise your invoice already has an additional late charge.
They have hundreds of people reply to you complaint with a reference number that is never replied.

There are communal facilities too. Which make the situation more tolerable. I do use external groups as i suffer mental illnes, but there are groups within the complex. I may use these groups if i become less mobile in my later years.

It is outrageous that Firstpoint are able to not turn up for months to carry out work we are paying for but at the same chase for money that is not overdue.
I have spent literally months chasing for the trees outside of my house to be trimmed as per their obligation, and they just don't turn up.
If assigning Firstport is part of the decision making process in your business do not use them.

I contacted FirstPort on 13th March for a simple confirmation letter needed for my remortgage. It is now 9th April, and after 19 working days, I still don’t have the information I need. Despite multiple follow‑ups, I have not received a clear or helpful response. Communication has been inconsistent, and it has been very difficult to get straightforward information that should be readily available. I’ve had to chase repeatedly just to get updates, and this has caused significant delays to my time‑sensitive remortgage process.
When I replied to one of their emails, I even received an automated message creating a new case number, despite already having an active case. This made the whole situation feel disorganised and confusing.
Because of the ongoing delays and lack of clarity, I’ve now had to escalate the issue to the complaints department just to try to get a straightforward answer and the information that I need. A basic request has turned into a frustrating and time‑consuming mess. Very disappointing experience!

Charlene Pamment manages the building I live in and I think she is really great and efficient with her job. She is kind and helpful, replies to emails and helps to accomplish improvements to the building. I would give her 5 stars.
